But how do you put this tank? First of all, if a tap is used for water supply (in other words, under permanent pressure), then a closed-type water supply will be required. The best option would be a heating device, inside which there is a coil, and to the latter, therefore, a tank is connected.

Although a slightly different option is quite possible: hang the tank on the stove. For this purpose, you can use the simplest product, the volume of which ranges from 50 liters to 120 liters; you can do it yourself. The best option is a container of 80 liters - these are sold in many specialized stores.

If the tank is connected as needed, the system will function as follows: the water in the coil heats up, and then rises into the container. There it begins to cool down, and therefore sinks back into the coil. Obviously, there is a natural circulation, in order to improve which it is recommended to take water from the "return", which is not convenient in all cases, since you have to wait a long time for the tank to heat up.

However, the water itself can be used after the oven has been heated. However, the efficiency of the system will be higher if it provides for the possibility of switching the water intake from supply to "return" (here it is more convenient for someone). If there is an inlet / outlet at the bottom of the tank, the liquid will circulate much more slowly.

The installation procedure itself will look something like this.

Stage one... First, the tank is placed in a double room (more precisely, under the shelves), after which it is connected to the coil through pipes.

Stage two... The upper outlet of the tank will be joined with the same outlet of the coil, while the lower - with the same lower one. All this is necessary to ensure normal circulation. It turns out that cold water will be removed from the bottom, and heated - from above.

Stage three... A special valve is mounted at the inlet for cold water (it is also known as a blaster).

Stage four... According to the instructions of the manufacturer of the tank, pressure is put on the pipe for the bath, upon reaching which this valve will be triggered.

The finished system will function as follows: the container into which water has been poured will begin to heat up by means of a coil, and when heated water is consumed, cold water will be added thanks to a special supply. During the heating of the liquid, if it is not yet in use, the pressure indicator will increase, and when the limit is reached, the valve is activated. As a result, the pressure is released.

Note! If everything is done correctly, then the bath will be fully provided with the required volume of heated water, and the pressure will be just such that it would be convenient for people to wash after visiting the steam room.

How to build a stove with a tank with your own hands?

As noted above, such a stove can be purchased ready-made, but many bath fans make such a device with their own hands. This, by the way, is not difficult, especially since everything you need for manufacturing is sold in the same stores. Now we will tell you exactly how such ovens with tanks are made.

Stage one... You should start by preparing all the required parts. The main part is a pipe, the thickness of which is 50 cm and the length is 150 cm. The pipe should be cut into two parts - 90 cm long (for the combustion chamber) and 60 cm (for the tank).

Stage two... Next, a stove is made from the pipe. To do this, a rectangular hole 5x20 cm is made in its lower part, which will serve as a blower, then a steel plate 1.2 cm thick is welded above it. A grate is placed in the blower and carefully fixed.

Stage three... The remains of the pipe will be a niche for the door and the combustion chamber, so a latch is attached here. A piece of pipe about 35 cm long is welded above the combustion chamber - it will be a heater. In this case, it should be taken into account that the distance between the upper part and the bottom must be at least 10 cm. At the end, the rear part is welded and a door is constructed.

Stage four... Kamenka on? filled with pebbles, after which a steel bar is welded - it will prevent the contents from spilling out. On top of the structure, a coupling made of steel bus is attached. This rail will in parallel serve as the base for the water tank.

Stage five... A steel circle 0.8 cm thick is welded to the end of the container, a hole is made in it for the chimney. The bottom of the pipe must be welded to the bottom to prevent moisture penetration into the combustion chamber.

Stage six... The upper part of the tank must be closed with a semicircle made of steel, and a chimney must be welded to the hole. There should be a hole at the top through which water can be poured. Additionally, a lid with a handle is produced.
