  • Chicken liver - 600 grams.
  • Flour - 1 glass.
  • Egg - 3 pieces.
  • Milk - 250 ml.
  • Onions - 2 - 3 pieces.
  • Carrots - 3 pieces.
  • Mayonnaise - 200 grams.
  • Parsley - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the liver, if any, remove the hearts. Pass the liver through a meat grinder and add milk, flour, eggs, salt to taste to it, mix well.

2. Pour the resulting dough into a preheated pan and fry on both sides like pancakes.
