Form the minced meatballs, sauté them, stir in a little barbecue ketchup and simmer until tender. Cut a long French baguette into enough pieces to hold 4 meatballs each. Short French baguettes are sometimes sold and can be used one at a time. Half-cut the baguette lengthwise and place a few meatballs in the cut per serving. You can add lettuce leaves.

Cut the finished yeast-free puff pastry into triangles with a base slightly less than the length of the sausages. Make longitudinal cuts in the sausages, insert pieces of cheese into them. Wrap the nipples in batter and place on greased, thick foil. Place the hot dogs over coals, but not over an open fire. Turn the hot dogs over as the dough is baked.

For a vegetable pillow, thinly chop a peeled fennel fruit, a few potatoes (if you don't have fennel, increase the number of potatoes), an onion, chop a clove of garlic. Mix everything, put on a baking sheet, pour half a glass of water, a glass of dry white wine, salt and pepper.
