We start with rice. Pour it into a small saucepan, fill it with 100 ml of water, bring to a boil, turn the heat down to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook until the rice takes all the water. Don't worry if you don't feel like rice is enough. When it boils and is mixed with minced meat, you will be convinced that this is it.

Wash zucchini thoroughly. I have them small, I took three pieces, of which I got six hearty servings. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the pulp and seeds. Inside each we put minced meat with a slide, but without tamping. The recipe is designed so that the minced meat is enough exactly for the right amount of zucchini.

We prepare a baking sheet. And for this we need to lay parchment paper on it, and already we put zucchini rings on it.


Fill each zucchini mold tightly with prepared minced meat.


Top with thinly sliced ​​tomato slices.


Sprinkle with cheese grated on a medium grater and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.


Then we take out the finished dish from the oven and serve it to the table.

Zucchini boats baked with minced meat in the oven


Ingredients:

  • Small zucchini - 3-4 pieces
  • minced meat - 500 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • hard cheese - 150 gr
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt and black ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

Wash the zucchini, cut lengthwise and take out the pulp with a spoon.


Now grease the inside of the zucchini with vegetable oil and lay them cut down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.


Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop and fry in a pan in oil until soft.


We shift the lightly fried onion and garlic from the pan into a bowl, and fry the minced meat in the same oil, salted and peppered until tender. And don't forget to stir occasionally.


We combine the prepared minced meat with finely chopped parsley, fried onion and garlic and half the grated cheese on a coarse grater, which must be mixed well.


It remains only to fill the prepared boats with this mixture, sprinkle with cheese on top and send to bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Zucchini casserole with minced meat, tomatoes and cheese in the oven


Ingredients:

  • Large zucchini - 1 pc.
  • homemade minced meat - 400-500 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 120 gr
  • light mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • greens - to taste
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking method:

First of all, we prepare all the ingredients. Then we peel the zucchini from the skin and cut it into thin half rings.


Grease a baking sheet with a brush and put a layer of homemade minced meat on it first.


Then comes onion, tomato and finely chopped greens in half rings.



We place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour. Then we take out an almost ready dish, sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater and send it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until cooked.


The casserole is very tasty, satisfying and truly appetizing.

Young zucchini with minced meat and rice in the oven


Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • minced pork - 200 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • rice - 100 gr
  • vegetable oil - for frying
  • salt and suneli hops - to taste.

Cooking method:

We take a large zucchini, remove the skin from it, cut it into rounds, about 3 cm thick. Then we remove the pulp from them to make rings.

Next, put the minced meat in a deep bowl. We clean the onion, cut it into small pieces, rub the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the minced meat. Boil the rice until cooked and also shift to the rest of the ingredients. Then add suneli hops, salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

Pour a little flour on a plate, and drive eggs into another bowl and add a little salt, then mix.

Fill the zucchini rings with meat filling and roll on both sides, first in flour, and then dip in the egg, also on both sides.

We spread the zucchini on a greased baking sheet, after which we send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, we take the finished dish out of the oven and serve it to the table.
