7. While the filling is cooling down, proceed to making the dough. To make mixing the dough easier, you can use a mixer with whisk attachments or a hand whisk. Drive eggs into a deep bowl, add kefir, beat.

8. Pour the sifted flour, baking powder and salt into the kefir mass. We knead the dough.

9. Add 2 tbsp. l. butter, beat with a mixer. The finished dough will be saturated with oxygen while beating and will bubble a little.

10. Finally, add the remaining half of the chopped greens and mix again. The consistency of the dough resembles liquid sour cream.

11. Pour half of the dough into a baking dish.

If the form is silicone, then you do not need to lubricate it with oil, but if it is metal, then we lubricate it with vegetable oil first.

12. Put the potato filling on top, gently level it, without ramming it. The dough is liquid, the filling will partially sink in it.

13. Fill the potatoes and onions with the remaining dough. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees closer to the bottom. Roasting time - 45 minutes.

14. Take the hot cake out of the mold, place it on a board or flat serving dish.
