  6. The contents of the cling film must be rolled up - raise one edge, separate from the film and wrap, then gradually wrap through the film. If the roll turns out to be imperfect - do not be discouraged, most likely it will not be visible under the decor. Tamp the roll well in a film and put it in the cold for several hours.
  7. Remove the roll from the refrigerator, remove the foil and put it on the dish in which you plan to serve it. Brush gently with a layer of mayonnaise.
  8. Grate the baked beets on the finest grater.
  9. Collect the cracker - diagonally from one edge of the roll to the other, lay out the baked beets, yolks, whites, greens and again beets. You can upload it in any order, or you can use photos.
  10. Decorate the ends of the roll with the remaining proteins.

The smell of the needles of a beautiful Christmas tree and tangerines, a variety of New Year's salads and dishes prepared by everyone without exception, home decoration and table setting are an integral part of the celebration.

Cooking dishes and salads, when decorating a house, and preparation in general, must be approached extremely responsibly, taking into account the preferences of all household members and of course the symbol of 2019 - Pig.

What we need:

  • Potatoes - 350 gr;
  • Carrots - 350 gr;
  • Boiled sausage - 300 gr;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 150 gr;

  • Green peas - 1 jar;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt.

How to cook:

1. Boil the potatoes and carrots (with the peel) until tender. Cool down.

2. Boil the eggs. To prevent the eggs from bursting during cooking, salt the water well.

3. Cut the peeled and cooled potatoes and carrots, sausage, eggs and cucumbers into equal small cubes.

4. Gently mix everything in a deep bowl, adding the peas. Salt to taste. Season with mayonnaise 10 minutes before serving.

  • Sardines in oil - 2 jars;
  • Green onions - 5-6 feathers;
  • Mayonnaise (it is better to use homemade) - 5-6 tbsp;
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs;
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves;
  • 6 medium-sized potatoes;
  • 2 large carrots;
  • Capers 2 tbsp;
  • 6 eggs;

Preparation:

1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs.

3. The next layer will be sardines slightly mashed with a fork (without fanaticism), you do not need to bring mashed potatoes to the state. Place the sardines on top of the potatoes.

4. Peel and grate pickled cucumbers. This will be the third layer.

6. Put the capers on top of the carrots.

7. As you can see, mayonnaise is practically not used. Therefore, to moisturize, we will resort to this method: add crushed garlic to the liquid that was drained from the sardines (salt, pepper). Pour this sauce over the salad. I think 3 tablespoons will be enough (at your discretion).

8. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle on top (optional).

9. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise.

10. Separate the yolks from the boiled eggs. Grate the whites with the yolks separately on a fine grater and put in the final layer. Squirrels will be the edge of the New Year's mittens.

11. Decorate with mayonnaise and carrot strips (you can fantasize about patterns).

12. Refrigerate for 2 hours (even more is better).

  • Crab sticks - 200 gr;
  • Boiled rice - 1.5 cups;
  • Dill;
  • Bulgarian red;
  • Peppercorns, paprika, salt;
  • Mayonnaise.

How to cook:

1. Peel the carrots. We rub it with the finest grater.

2. Eggs are also rubbed on a fine grater, except for protein from one egg. We will need it for decoration.

3. Separate the red part of the crab sticks. It will serve for Santa Claus's fur coat.

4. Finely chop the white part of the crab sticks with a knife.

5. Finely chop the dill. And mix all the ingredients (carrots, cheese, eggs, crab sticks, 1 glass of rice, dill and mayonnaise).

Required products:

  • ham - 200 gr.
  • crab sticks - 250 gr.
  • processed cheeses - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • sweet and sour apple - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 350 gr.
  • peanuts - 100 gr.
  • salt, pepper if desired

Marinade for onions:

  • water - 2 tbsp. l.
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

Preparation:

First, marinate the onion. Cut the onion into a shallow bowl, add water, sugar, salt and vinegar. Stir and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

and ham in small cubes.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and divide them into whites and yolks. Rub the proteins on a coarse grater.

And the yolks, in another bowl - on a shallow one.

Now, in different bowls, mix the ham, crab sticks and grated yolks with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Grind the peanuts with a blender or simply with a rolling pin and lay it out in the seventh layer.

Squirrels, we will grate on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Add mayonnaise to one part, mix and lay out with the next layer.

And just sprinkle the other half of the proteins on top.

Now it remains to give our dish time to soak, at least a couple of hours, remove the ring carefully and decorate with a sprig of parsley and olives before serving.

Everything that my mother once did is engraved in my memory as the most delicious, dear and warm ... Here is this incredibly tasty, airy and tender, layered salad that will decorate any New Year's table, from my childhood.

Try to cook it, you will certainly like it, and not only the guests will ask for his recipe, but you will also say "thank you" to me later! :)

Required products:


  • cod liver - 1 can (200-250 gr.)
  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 2 or 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 or 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 3 or 4 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc. (small onion)
  • mayonnaise - 200 gr.

Cooking process:

Boil and peel potatoes, carrots and eggs. Then we set the detachable form on a plate in which the salad will be served on the table, and with the first layer we rub the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater:

We make a mayonnaise mesh on top - not too much:

Drain the oil from the canned food and knead the cod liver with a fork - preferably into pieces, i.e. without turning into porridge:

After 5 - 10 minutes, drain the water and squeeze the onion so that there is no water left.

By the way, if you do not like onions, then in this salad you can use pickles instead.

We spread the onion in the next layer, and level it over the surface:

To grate melted cheese on a grater, you need to hold it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. And then quickly, before they had time to thaw, do it.

And grease with mayonnaise:

Then we cover our salad with cling film and put it in the refrigerator - for at least an hour.

A beautiful salad worthy of any festive table, including New Year's, made from simple, which is important, ingredients, very juicy, tender and tasty.

Products composition:

chicken - 6 legs, or 1 breast
pineapples - 1 can
carrots - 2 pieces
garlic - 1 clove
eggs - 4 pieces
cheese - 150 grams
mayonnaise

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken, disassemble it from seeds and veins and chop it either by hand or by cutting it into small pieces.

We take a plate, put a sliding ring on it and begin to lay the first layer of chicken, which we will surely smear with mayonnaise. Not too much, 2 tablespoons will suffice.

Pineapples, removing excess juice, grind into small cubes and lay in the next layer and level.

Do not put mayonnaise, but immediately sprinkle a layer of raw carrots, previously grated on a medium-sized grater.

Choose juicy carrots - the salad will taste better.

Spread evenly over the surface with a spatula and press down a little.

Now - mayonnaise, a little more than the first time, because it will soak and the pineapple layer

Place the raisins and prunes in different small containers and pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes.

Hot meat salad with beef, vegetables and green sauce

This delicious hot appetizer will certainly attract the attention of all those present at the festive New Year's table in anticipation of the main dishes.

Salad ingredients:

  • beef is a good piece;
  • vegetables - carrots, potatoes, gherkins and garlic;
  • greens - lettuce, dill and parsley,
  • green pea;
  • sour cream,
  • egg;
  • vegetable oil;

Preparation:

We pay initial attention to the sauce. Put two large spoons of peas, gherkins, finely chopped dill, three good spoons of sour cream in a blender and chop everything. Add salt, finely chopped egg to the sauce and mix.

now the salad itself. Boil potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the beef into long, elongated pieces, chop the carrots into strips. Fry the meat in a well-heated skillet, then add potatoes, carrots and soy sauce. Salt a little.

Serve hot on a plate, garnished with sauce, chopped parsley and salad leaves.

"Vkusnyashka" salad with chicken, Korean carrots and cheese

We need:

Boiled chicken fillet - 300 gr.

Canned corn - 1 can
Hard cheese - 300 gr.
Korean carrots - 600 gr.
Tangerines - 300 gr.
Walnut kernels - 100 gr.
Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
Sour cream - 100 gr.
Salt to taste
Greens and berries - for decoration

You can cook Korean carrots yourself, or you can buy ready-made

We drain the excess liquid, we don't need it.

Boil the chicken meat (preferably thighs or legs) in salted water and, removing all bones and veins, cut into oblong strips.

Three cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut each tangerine slice into 3 pieces.

Pre-fry the nuts in a dry frying pan and cool, then put them in a bag so that they do not scatter throughout the kitchen and grind them not very finely. using a rolling pin.

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise and transfer to a silicone pastry bag.

Install a detachable ring with a diameter of 20 cm on a plate and start assembling the salad. We spread the prepared products in layers, lubricating each of them with a mayonnaise-sour cream mesh.

"New Year's hours" with chicken and prunes

Or, as it is also called, "New Year's Chimes", which is basically the same thing.

Any hostess tries to find very intricate New Year's salads, or, at least, arrange them as beautiful, amazing, fantastic. And it's worth it! After all, this is how the very fabulous atmosphere of our most beloved holiday is created.

Required Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • Walnuts - 100 gr.
  • Prunes - 150 gr.
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • Egg - 5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Rinse the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and bring to a boil with cold water. And cook over medium heat for another 20 minutes with the lid raised. Then cool and cut into cubes.

Cut the prunes in the same way, and grind the peeled walnuts in a blender.

Cool hard-boiled eggs, peel, then separate the white from the yolk and chop with a grater.

Grate hard cheese.
Let's start putting the salad together. Place the chicken in the salad bowl. Coat each layer in turn with mayonnaise.

The second layer is chopped egg yolks, and put prunes on top.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and add chopped walnuts in the next layer.

It remains to put the grated egg whites (you don't need to coat this layer with mayonnaise) and decorate with boiled carrots or any other vegetables, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

New Year's salad with Chinese cabbage and smoked sausage

A very simple recipe for a gorgeous instant salad for the New Year's table is a real find, and your guests will be delighted with your festive table!

Composition:

  • 2 slices of loaf
  • 150 grams of Chinese cabbage
  • 100 - 120 grams of raw smoked sausage
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. l. sesame
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp French mustard

Add croutons to salad before serving

Recipe step by step:

Cut 2 slices of white bread into cubes.

And fry in a dry frying pan for 5 minutes.

When the croutons are browned, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, and stirring continuously, fry for 1 minute. They roast very quickly! Make sure not to burn.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into long strips.

And raw smoked sausage into strips and divide them into strips.

And cheese - first on plates about half a centimeter, and then also on not long slices

Finely chop a clove of garlic with a knife, or, if you are more used to it, use a garlic press or grater

Add mayonnaise and French mustard to the salad.

Mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle with crackers just before serving, so that they do not have time to get wet and are crispy.

1. "Sunflower" salad

For cooking you will need (nand 4 servings):
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • 1 can of cod liver
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 250 ml mayonnaise;
  • 10 pitted olives;
  • cheese chips optional.

Recipe:

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion into rings. Hard boil the eggs, rinse with cold water, peel and separate the whites from the yolks. Chop the cucumbers. Drain and knead the liver with a fork.
  2. Lay the ingredients in layers, lubricating each with mayonnaise: boiled potatoes, green onion rings, liver, cucumbers, protein grated on a coarse grater, yolk grated on a fine grater.
  3. Make a net of mayonnaise on top and put half an olive in each square. Garnish with cheese chips.

2. Salad with chicken and pineapple

  • 250 g canned pineapple;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 350 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1/2 sweet pepper;
  • 1/2 cans of corn and pitted olives;
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • spices to taste (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, red pepper, or others).
For the sauce you will need:
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
To decoratewill need:
  • olives;
  • dill greens.

Recipe:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings or strips, pickle for 20 minutes. in a mixture of 100 ml of water, vinegar and sugar with the addition of spices. Then drain the marinade.
  3. Put pineapples, olives and corn on a sieve and drain. Leave one pineapple ring for decoration, cut the rest into cubes or small slices.
  4. Cut the olives into rings. Cut the hard cheese into thick slices and then into cubes. Cut some of the sweet pepper into strips and leave for decoration, chop the rest of the pepper finely.
  5. Combine prepared foods, stir, put on a plate. Pour the sauce over the salad. Decorate the dish with a pineapple ring, stripes of pepper, halved olives and dill.

3. Herring under a fur coat in the form of a roll

For cooking you will need:
  • 2 beets:
  • 1 lightly salted herring;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1/2 onion;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar;
  • 200-250 ml of mayonnaise.
To decoratewill need:
  • 1 boiled egg;
  • 1/3 lemon;
  • greenery.

Recipe:
  1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Put the onion in a deep bowl, pour over the vinegar and leave for 30 minutes. Then drain the vinegar, squeeze the onion.
  2. Wash the beets, carrots and potatoes thoroughly, boil in the peel until tender. Cool, peel, coarsely grate into separate containers.
  3. Dismantle the herring into fillets, cut into small pieces. Cover the cutting board with cling film so that the edges of the film hang from the board by 10 cm. Spread the grated beets evenly in a thin layer over the entire surface of the cutting board.
  4. It is good to press the beets to the surface of the board with your hands. Apply the mayonnaise mesh on top and spread it with a fork. Put the grated carrots in the second layer. Also grease with mayonnaise.
  5. Put the grated potatoes in a third layer and grease with mayonnaise too. Top in the middle along the cutting board, place the pieces of herring in a slide. Put the pickled onion on top of the herring.
  6. Grab one hanging edge of the film and roll the vegetables and herring into a roll. Place the roll on the board in the foil in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours. Then carefully unfold the foil and transfer the salad to a dish.
  7. Serve, garnish with an egg, lemon and parsley. To prevent the roll from disintegrating, mayonnaise can be mixed with loose gelatin.

4. Olivier with fish and omelet

For cooking you will need:
  • 4 large potatoes;
  • 1/2 can of canned green peas;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;
  • 2 fillets of sea fish;
  • 2 onions;
  • salt to taste;
  • a pinch of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
  • mayonnaise.
To decoratewill need:
  • dill greens;
  • boiled carrots.

Recipe:
  1. Wash the fish fillets, cook until tender for 15–20 minutes. Cool and cut into small pieces. Wash the potatoes and boil in the peel until tender. Cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the egg into a small container, lightly salt, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise and beat with a whisk. Fry a thin omelet from the resulting mass. Fry the remaining eggs in the same way. Cool omelets and cut into long strips.
  4. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Throw the peas in a colander, let the liquid drain. Combine prepared foods, salt to taste, stir, season with mayonnaise.
  5. Put the Olivier into a salad bowl, garnish with boiled carrots and dill. You can use boiled or canned beans or lentils instead of peas.

5. Meat vinaigrette

For cooking you will need:
  • 250 g veal;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 beet;
  • 2 pickles;
  • 150 g sauerkraut;
  • 3-4 eggs;
  • 0.5 jars of canned green peas;
  • salt to taste;
  • parsley;
  • vegetable oil or mayonnaise for dressing.
For decoration you will need:
  • dill greens.

Recipe:
  1. Wash the veal, put it in boiling water, cook a little, remove the foam and cook until tender for about 50 minutes. Cool down.
  2. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool. Leave one egg for decoration.
  3. Wash potatoes, carrots and beets thoroughly, boil until tender. Then refrigerate and clean. Leave 1/2 beets and carrots for decoration, cut the rest of the vegetables into small cubes.
  4. Put the green peas in a colander, drain the liquid. Squeeze sauerkraut, chop a little. Cut the meat, eggs and pickles into small cubes.
  5. Combine prepared meat, eggs, vegetables and green peas, salt and mix. Season the salad with mayonnaise or butter. Decorate with eggs and vegetables and dill sprigs.

6. "Turtle" salad with chicken and apples

For cooking you will need:
  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 250 g apples;
  • 150 g onions;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 100 g of walnuts;
  • salt, mayonnaise.

Recipe:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, put it in a saucepan with boiling water and boil until tender for about 25 minutes. Then remove the fillet from the water, cool and cut into small cubes.
  2. Boil eggs, cool, peel. Separate the yolk from the protein. Grate the whites on a coarse grater, and the yolks on a fine grater. Peel the apples, cut in half, remove the seed capsule.
  3. Grate cheese and apples on a coarse grater. Chop the nuts. Peel the onion, wash, chop finely and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes. Then put the onion in a colander and rinse with cold water so that it does not taste bitter.
  4. On a flat wide dish, lay the salad in layers in the following order: proteins - chicken fillet - onions - mayonnaise - salt - apples - cheese - yolks - mayonnaise - salt - nuts.
  5. The salad can be decorated in the shape of a "turtle". For this, the nuts should not be chopped, but the kernels should be divided into halves. In addition, you will also need about 100 g of cheese (which needs to be cut into small slices), 5 pcs. prunes for turtle legs and 2 pomegranate seeds for eyes. Shape the finished salad into a dome, and on top lay out in a checkerboard pattern the halves of kernels and pieces of cheese.

For cooking you will need:
  • 400 g beef liver;
  • 150 g lard;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 slices of dried rolls;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • 3-4 st. tablespoons of flour;
  • salt, pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil.
For fillingwill need:
  • 4 onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 200 g of mushrooms;
  • 5 boiled eggs;
  • 8 nuts;
  • 8 pickled cucumbers;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 300 g mayonnaise.
To decoratewill need:
  • boiled carrots;
  • dill and parsley;
  • pomegranate seeds.

Recipe:
  1. Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater, put on a sieve, let the excess liquid drain. Soak the loaf in milk, then squeeze. Finely chop the bacon.
  2. Prepare pancake dough. Wash the liver, remove the ducts and film, pass through a meat grinder. Add potatoes, bun, bacon, eggs, salt, pepper and flour to the liver. Mix everything well. You should get a mass of thick sour cream consistency.
  3. In a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, bake liver pancakes. Cool down.
  4. Prepare the filling. Fry the grated carrots and 2 finely chopped onions in oil. Fry finely chopped mushrooms and 2 onions in oil. Peel boiled eggs. Set aside one egg for decoration, grate the rest on a fine grater, mix with chopped nuts. Grate pickled cucumbers (6 pcs.), Squeeze the pulp.
  5. Grease the pancakes with mayonnaise and put different fillings (carrots with onions, mushrooms with onions, eggs with nuts, pickles).
  6. Decorate the cake with slices of carrots and pickles, grated whites and yolks, dill and parsley, pomegranate seeds. Apply a mayonnaise pattern.
