Profiles ONLY top class "A"
According to the thickness of the inner walls, ALL of our profiles are of the highest class "A" - the thickness of their front wall is at least 3 mm.

- class "B": front wall not less than 2.5 mm
- class "C": wall thickness is not standardized
Please note that 80-90% of the Russian market are "B" and "C" classes and only 10-20% of "A" class profiles. At the same time, VEKA's product range contains ONLY A-class profiles.
As a matter of principle, we DO NOT use profile systems of classes "B" and "C" (with a front wall width of less than 3.0 mm).
ONLY frost-resistant profiles
According to GOST 30673-99 “PVC profiles for window and door blocks”, in terms of resistance to climatic influences, ALL of our profiles are “frost-resistant” - for areas with AVERAGE monthly air temperature in January BELOW minus 20 ° С.
GOST standards for different classes:
- normal version "N": the average temperature in January is minus 20 ° C and above
- frost-resistant version "M": the average temperature in January is lower than minus 20°С
In our assortment ONLY frost-resistant profile systems, marked with the letter "M".
Heat transfer resistance (thermal heat resistance) is the main coefficient of thermal insulation. It is determined by the ratio of the temperature difference outside and inside the room to the heat flow passing through the window. The higher this number, the better the thermal insulation efficiency.

Our multifunctional double-glazed windows work for you both in winter and in summer. In winter, sputtering of silver particles saves up to 90% of the heat energy of heating devices, and in summer a double-glazed window reflects 25% more solar heat than ordinary plastic windows.

AirDrive I, II and III climate control systems
Optimal ventilation mechanisms are built into the windows - the sashes open slightly by 1-5 mm, depending on the selected mode. These are NOT external devices (combs or valves), but BUILT-IN furniture ventilation.
Three options:

We try not to install combs because of their appearance (only at your request). In principle, we do not use valves due to the fact that they violate the integrity of the window, reduce its tightness and strength (since the profile and its reinforcement are drilled through).
MAX steel profile reinforcement
Reinforcement is a steel frame inside a PVC profile. This is what gives it rigidity. The more steel and stiffness angles, the more reliable the window geometry.
Types of reinforcement:
- Square - 100% reinforcement on 4 sides, 4 stiffeners (maximum)
- U-shaped - 75% reinforcement on 3 sides, 2 stiffeners (normal)
- L-shaped - 50% reinforcement on 2 sides, 1 stiffener (very, very bad!)
All our profiles are reinforced to the MAXIMUM - from 4 sides and always with 4 stiffeners.

The Osnova plant is equipped with automated equipment for cutting profiles and glazing beads. Welding and cleaning of the frame are fully automated processes that eliminate manufacturing errors.

To improve product quality, increase production capacity and improve production time in 2012, we purchased a unique Sturtz complex, which has no analogues in Ukraine.
To date, the Osnova plant has 10 automated lines and is the only company in Ukraine with such a fleet of equipment.
Raw material
The Osnova plant uses only high-quality German and Ukrainian PVC profiles for the production of window and door systems.
All profile groups, both supplied and manufactured in Ukraine, meet the basic requirements for noise and heat insulation, and are also safe for human health, as they are made using the unique greenline technology. Lead, which is traditionally used in the manufacture of PVC, has been replaced by a neutral, safe calcium-zinc compound. The profiles have a delicate white color and retain a pleasant shine and primary beauty for a long time.
Logistics
In 2013, the construction of a logistics center was completed, which provided automated loading of structures, which had a positive effect on delivery times.
Each window has a factory marking, which is automatically generated during window assembly and contains the necessary information: order number, customer name, overall dimensions of the product, delivery code, barcode.
The logistics department daily forms the optimal routes for the delivery of products to all regions of Ukraine. For the transportation of windows, trucks equipped with racks, fixing mechanisms and special safety ropes are used.
The production of the Ecookna company is located 74 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, in the village of Buzhaninovo, Sergiev Posad district, Moscow region. The company was founded on October 1, 2002. The total production area is more than 15,000 square meters, the plant can produce more than 1,700 PVC and aluminum structures per day. The production is equipped with modern equipment Perticci (Italy) and Urban (Germany).
The product line includes windows and doors of various functionality and characteristics for a private house, apartment and business, standard and non-standard shapes and sizes. Production equipment and our own design department allow us to fulfill orders for glazing of private and corporate facilities of any complexity. The plant works every day, the production time for standard products is from 3 days, non-standard from 5 days. One of the directions is the production of windows with decorated profiles and glass. Each product is tested for the geometry and quality of closing at the stand by a specialist of the technical control department (QCD). The production of the "Window Factory" company is located 74 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, in the village of Dorohovo, Ruza district, Moscow region. The company was founded on August 17, 2004, in 2007 the company created its own production, having mastered the production of translucent structures made of PVC and aluminum. How can a profile be better than analogues?
At the VEKA plant, samples are taken twice a day from each extrusion line for examination. The daily control includes several evaluation tests:
- - The appearance of the profile is visually assessed.
- - Measure the mass of one linear meter of the profile (fluctuations within 4% of the average mass of the VEKA PVC profile are considered acceptable).
- - For the main parts of a plastic window (sash, frame, impost, shtulp), an acetone test is carried out: a PVC profile sample is immersed in acetone and its change over time is observed. A quality PVC profile should not be changed within 5 hours.
In addition, optional profile indicators are necessarily evaluated to guarantee the quality of VEKA:
- - longitudinal shrinkage of a quality VEKA PVC profile when heated at 100 degrees for 1 hour - should not exceed 2%.
- - the impact strength of a falling load is evaluated. An express method is used to evaluate both the design of the profile itself and the correctness of maintaining the process parameters. The VEKA PVC profile is kept for some time in a freezer at a temperature from 0 to -10 degrees, then a 1 kg weight falls on the profile from a height of 1 meter. The quality of the VEKA PVC profile is considered to be in accordance with the norm if only 1 sample out of 10 is destroyed during the strength tests. With this type of test, the mass of the load and the height from which it falls can change.
- - the reliability of the weld connecting different parts of VEKA PVC windows is checked: the weld must withstand a load of 400 kg.

Manufacturing of any designs
The first window production appeared in Moscow in 1995, before that all Euro-windows (as PVC windows with double-glazed windows were called then) were imported to Russia from Eastern Europe, in particular: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, already assembled, ready for installation.
In 1996 Business-M entered the window business. During the year, the first experience was gained in the installation and supply of windows and doors made of plastic from third-party manufacturers. In 1997, Business-M opened its own production facility in Moscow to manufacture plastic windows and PVC doors.
Since the launch of the first line for the assembly of standard PVC profile windows, the plant has changed and modernized many times, mastering new ways of producing and using PVC profiles for the manufacture of window and door blocks of various shapes and configurations.
