PURPOSE, OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND CONTROLS OF THE DISHWASHER. The machine is designed for automatic washing of tableware in catering establishments. Batch dishwasher with dishes in a special cassette. The dishes are washed in the washing volume of the machine using a detergent solution with a temperature of ºС. Rinsing of dishes is carried out in the washing volume of the machine using a rinse solution with a temperature of 84 ºС. Washable dishes are placed in a plastic cassette measuring 50 x 50 cm. The cassette is installed in the machine and closed by a door. The bath is filled with cleaning solution. The level of the cleaning solution is kept constant by means of an overflow pipe. The washing tub contains a heating element (TEN) to maintain the temperature of the solution, a filter to collect rinsed food and fat residues, as well as two types of rotating spraying devices for supplying washing solution and for supplying rinsing solution. During the automatic washing cycle, the washing solution from the bath is pumped to the nozzles of the upper and lower washing sprinklers. Under the influence of the reactive force of the jets of liquid flowing from the nozzles, the sprinklers rotate and strong jets of solution wash away dirt and grease from the dishes. At the end of the washing process, the supply of the detergent solution is interrupted and the rinse solution is supplied to the rinsing sprinklers (under the pressure of tap water). The rinse solution is prepared, heated and stored in the boiler of the machine. At the end of the rinse cycle, the automatic wash cycle ends. The machine controls are located on the console on the top cover of the body. The view of the control panels, the purpose of the controls, the purpose of the light and digital indicators are given below. Machine control panel for E models

INSTALLATION AND STARTING THE MACHINE. THE CONNECTION OF THE DISHWASHER AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED AND AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. INSTALLATION LOCATION. The place of installation of the machine must be equipped with utilities (power supply, water supply, sewerage, ventilation) in accordance with the current regulatory documents for washing shops of public catering establishments. The recommended location of the machine with auxiliary equipment and the coordinates of the supply points of engineering networks are shown in Figure 1. eight

8 Figure 1 Move the dishwasher to the installation site, remove the packaging and check the integrity of the machine and its parts. If damage is found, send written notice to the carrier or supplier. Place the dishwasher in the desired location and remove the protective film from its surfaces. Level the machine horizontally (using the level set on the dome of the machine) by changing the height of the four feet. THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE RESULTING FROM THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE INSTALLATION LOCATION WITH THE SPECIFIED STANDARDS. BEFORE INSTALLATION, MAKE SURE THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTS AND MATERIALS THAT COULD BE DAMAGED BY WATER STEAM OR CLEANING SOLUTIONS ARE PROTECTED BY APPROPRIATE PROTECTION OR REMOVAL. CONNECTION TO WATER SUPPLY. Connect the water supply hose to the machine (behind the machine). The water supply pipe for the hose connection of the machine must have a 3/4 threaded connection. Connect the water supply hose of the machine to the water supply pipe. For normal operation of the machine, the water supply pressure must be between 2 and 4 bar; if the water pressure in the water supply system is higher, it is necessary to install a pressure reducer on the water supply pipe. The hot water temperature must be ºC in order for the machine to operate normally with the indicated cycle times. If the temperature of the inlet water is higher than the specified one, then an automatic mixing valve must be installed on the water inlet line, which reduces the temperature to the specified range. If the temperature of the supplied water is below 50 ºС, then the duration of the wash cycle increases due to the increase in the time for heating the water in the machine. The water supply pipe must have a valve to shut off the water supply. The valve must be easily accessible for service personnel. The technical data indicates the duration of the washing cycle with hot water supply at a temperature of 50 ºС. CONNECTION TO SEWERAGE. Connect the waste fluid hose from the machine to the machine (rear of the machine). Connect the drain hose to a floor or wall drain or to a drain. When the machine is in operation, up to 3.5 liters of waste solution is drained from the machine for each wash cycle. If the inlet of the sewage system is located above the level of the bottom of the washing tank of the machine, then it is necessary to install a bilge pump. When connecting the drain hose to the sewage system, it is recommended to install a water seal (siphon). CONNECTING TO THE POWER SUPPLY MAINS. The dishwasher is connected to a 1-phase mains supply with a protective (earth) conductor. Recommended connection options: A. The machine is connected via an individual automatic release and 9

9 10 1-phase socket installed near the machine. B. The machine is connected through an individual automatic release installed near the machine. It is recommended to use a differential automatic or an automatic device combined with an RCD as an automatic release. The automatic release must be located close to the machine so as to provide free access for personnel to switch it on or off. There is an electrical clamp at the bottom rear of the machine for connecting the potential equalization wire. PREPARATION OF RINSING AGENT DISPENSER. A rinse aid dispenser is included with the machine. The rinse aid is removed by the machine from the containers in which they are supplied. For this, there is a transparent colorless hose connected to the dispenser at the back of the machine. A filter and a weighting agent are put on the end of the hose, which is lowered into the container. There are adjusting screws on the bodies of the dispensers for adjusting the dose volumes. The value of the automatically supplied dose of rinse aid must be adjusted so that during the operation of the machine, the concentration of solutions recommended by the manufacturer of the means of concentration remains in these volumes. The first rinse aid will only enter the machine after the first nine wash cycles. This is due to the fact that the dispenser needs to pump the composition through the entire length of the supply pipes. FIRST STARTING AND CHECKING THE MACHINE. Check the reliability of the connection, the absence of kinks in the water supply hose. Check the reliability of the connection and the absence of kinks in the hose for draining the fluid from the machine. Open the valve on the water supply pipe and make sure that there are no leaks, while: - in the case of using an automatic water mixing valve, check the correctness of its setting; - if a pressure reducer is used, check the correctness of its setting; - if a separate water softener is used to supply water to the machine, make sure there are no leaks. The pressure and temperature of the water supplied to the machine must correspond to those indicated in the technical data of the machine. Check the presence of the required power supply voltage at the input to the automatic release, which must correspond to the specified in the technical data of the machine. Check the connection of the machine to the potential equalization circuit. Open the machine door, install the overflow pipe and filters in their place in the washing tub, check the rotation of the washing and rinsing spraying devices, which should be light and unhindered. Close the machine door. Switch on the automatic release. Enable the On / Off button on the remote control of the machine, make sure that the indicator of this button is on. From this moment on, the washing tub and the boiler of the machine will begin to fill with water. As soon as the wash tub and boiler are full, the boiler indicator will come on. Open the machine door and place the cassette in the guides above the wash tub. Close the machine door. Wait until the boiler indicator turns off. The time from the moment the machine is turned on until the boiler indicator turns off, the time of the initial automatic preparation of the machine for operation is spent on filling and heating water to the required temperatures. If water is supplied to the machine with a temperature lower than indicated in the technical data, then the duration of the preparation cycle will increase due to the need to heat the water to the desired temperature. Press the button to start the automatic wash cycle. From this moment, the automatic dishwashing cycle will start. Measure the duration of the wash cycle, which should be close to 120 seconds. At the end of the wash cycle, the wash mode indicator will turn off and the boiler indicator will turn on. You can open the door and remove the cassette.

10 Do not start the next automatic wash cycle until the boiler indicator turns off (until the required temperatures have been reached). After completing the check, open the door of the machine. Switch off the power supply to the machine with the On / Off button. Remove basket, filters and overflow pipe. Make sure that the water from the wash tub is completely drained into the drain. Check for leaks when draining into the sewer. Switch off the machine's circuit breaker. Close the valve on the water supply to the machine. Reinstall filters and overflow pipe. 6. OPERATION OF THE DISHWASHER. ONLY TRAINED PERSONNEL IS ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE MACHINE. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WORKING DAY. Connect the containers with detergent and rinse aid to the machine in accordance with the instructions given in the chapter "PREPARATION OF THE RINSE AID DISPENSER" in Section 4 of this manual. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER DETERGENT (FOR HANDS, FOR WASHING, FOR WASHING, ETC.) EXCEPT FOR INDUSTRIAL DISHWASHERS. Open the valve on the water supply pipe to the machine. Open the car door. Install the overflow pipe and filters in their place in the washing volume, check the rotation of the washing and rinsing spraying devices, which should be light and unimpeded. Lower the cover of the machine. Switch on the automatic release. Enable the On / Off button on the remote control of the machine, make sure that the indicator of this button is on. Make sure that the machine is being filled with water by the characteristic noise. When the filling is over, the indicator of the boiler should light up, which also indicates that the heating elements of the boiler have turned on for heating. When the machine is supplied with cold water, the heating elements of the washing bath are also turned on for heating. Wait until the boiler indicator goes off. This will indicate that the temperatures of the water in the boiler and in the wash tub have reached the set values (respectively 84 ºС and 50 ºС). Raise the cover of the machine. Pour into the wash tub the amount of detergent required to obtain the initial detergent solution of the required concentration. (The amount of water in the bath is 28 liters, the required concentration is specified by the manufacturer of the detergent on the packaging). The machine is now ready for use. 11 CASSETTE PREPARATION. The most productive, high-quality and economical work is carried out on a machine equipped with a table for dirty dishes with a receiver for food residues, a washing bath and a shower device, a table for clean dishes, the optimal number of cassettes (see the illustration on the title page). Beforehand, on the table for dirty dishes, the dishes are cleaned of large and medium food residues and rinsed from the shower head to remove small food residues. After that the dishes

11 is installed in the cassette. Dishes with dried food require presoaking. It is advisable to complete the cassettes with the same type of dishes. Glasses, mugs, cups should be placed upside down on the cassette. Cutlery should be placed in special plastic glasses with handles down and then the glasses should be placed on the cassette. MACHINE OPERATION. Place (slide off the table) the cassette with dirty dishes on the guides in the washing volume of the machine. Set using the automatic wash switch (120 or 180 sec.). Lower the cover of the machine. required cycle time The wash cycle starts automatically and the wash mode indicator comes on. The wash cycle will end when this indicator turns off. This will turn on the boiler indicator. Raise the cover of the machine. Slide the cassette along the guides onto the table for clean dishes, let the dishes drain and transfer them to the rack. Insert the next cassette with dirty dishes into the machine. If the indicator of the boiler remains on, it means that the machine heats up the water in the boiler to the set temperature. As soon as this indicator goes out, lower the lid of the machine and start a new wash cycle. For machines equipped with detergent and rinse aid dispensers, the machine automatically adds a certain amount of these liquids to the detergent and rinse solution during each wash cycle. 12

12 WARNING! 1. If the lid is lifted during a wash cycle, the machine will stop the current wash cycle and will continue the cycle when the lid is closed. 2. In cases of intensive use of the machine during the day, it is recommended to clean the filters after every wash cycle. The filters should be removed so that greasy residues do not fall into the openings under the filters. Remove dirt from filters and rinse thoroughly. Be sure to remove hardened calcium deposits to avoid buildup. Do not use sharp or pointed objects, abrasive or chlorine-based detergents for cleaning. Reinstall the filters. Switch on the machine with the button. Wait until the wash tub is filled with water up to the set level (before the boiler indicator comes on). Replenish the required concentration of detergent in the wash tub. Wait for the washing and rinsing solutions to heat up (the boiler indicator goes off). Continue the dishwashing process. END OF WORK ON THE MACHINE. When finished, turn off the machine by pressing the on / off button. Lift the cover of the machine. Remove the overflow pipe and wait until the cleaning solution is completely drained from the wash tub. Take out and wash the filters. Check for dirt on the bottom of the tub and remove it. Reinstall the overflow pipe and filters. Turn off the machine's circuit breaker. Turn off the tap on the water supply line to the machine. MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE. 1. The cost of delivery of goods to your address must be checked with the transport company. The cost depends on the weight and volume of the cargo, as well as on its value, fragility, etc. For fragile, valuable goods and equipment, our company strongly recommends making crates, indicating the fragility and value, because the cost of the whole, not broken cargo on the way, almost always significantly exceeds the above additional payments, and your nerves + time will also be saved, which, believe me, is also important for us.
