Ingredients:

3 onions
2 carrots
a couple of celery stalks
3-4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
1 kg cabbage
2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and other spices

    Cut the onion into small cubes, and the carrots and celery into very thin strips. After this, saute all the vegetables in preheated vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes.
