APRK APR
Recirculating dust-collecting units APR-1600, APRK-1600 are designed for suction and purification of air from dry non-sticking finely dispersed abrasive dust. The dust collecting apparatus consists of a body, a built-in cyclone element for separating large dust fractions, a dust collector, a centrifugal fan with profiled blades installed inside the body, a built-in silencer and a filter stage.
Either a filter bag made of imported needle-punched calendered material based on polyester fibers (APR-1600), or a cartridge made of filter paper of purification class F 9 (APRK-1600) can be installed as a filter stage on the dust collecting apparatus.
Filter bags have a relatively small filtering surface and therefore a low dust holding capacity. Devices with a cassette, due to the developed filtration surface, have a significantly higher dust holding capacity, which makes it possible to ensure long-term operation of the apparatus without a significant decrease in productivity.
On dust collectors with a filter cassette, the residual dust concentration, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5 mg / m3. The devices are installed in the immediate vicinity of the machines, while ensuring the suction speed in the suction up to 22 m / s. Ideal for equipment with a low load factor of 0.1 / 0.2. Several local suction units can be connected to one device.

Recirculation dust collecting units APR, APRK are designed for suction and air purification from dry non-sticking finely dispersed abrasive dust during metalworking of products on sharpening, grinding and metal-cutting machines.
The dust collecting apparatus consists of a body, a built-in cyclone element for separating large dust fractions, a dust collector, a centrifugal fan with profiled blades installed inside the body, a built-in silencer and a filter stage.
As a filter stage, the following can be installed on the dust collecting apparatus:
- filter bag from imported needle-punched calendered material based on polyester fibers, in this case the unit models are designated APR-1200 and APR-1600;
- cassette made of filter paper (cellulose) of F9 cleaning class (dust removal efficiency ≤ 3 μm - 99%) or a polyester cassette of M6 cleaning class (dust removal efficiency ≤ 5 μm - 93%), in this case the unit models are designated APRK-1200 and APRK-1600.

At present, the production of APR industrial vacuum cleaners with a filter bag is temporarily suspended and only APRK devices with a filter cassette are produced.
Devices with a cassette, due to the developed filtration surface, have a significantly higher dust holding capacity, which makes it possible to ensure long-term operation of the apparatus without a significant decrease in productivity. On dust collectors with a filter cassette, the residual dust concentration, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5 mg / m 3.

Regeneration. APRK devices are manufactured only in the version with manual regeneration (cleaning). To clean (regenerate) the cassette, remove it from the device, clean the inner surface with a soft long-pile brush and shake the cassette thoroughly, then blow it with compressed air from the outside to the inside.

A cassette is installed on the apparatus as a filtering stage. The cassette has a developed filtration surface and, accordingly, a large dust capacity, which allows for long-term operation of the apparatus without a significant decrease in productivity. Polyester cassettes have a high mechanical strength and, accordingly, a long service life.
The filter cassettes produced by our company have a cleaning class F7 (fine cleaning) and E10 (high efficiency filters), the residual dust concentration, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5 mg / m³.
The devices are installed in the immediate vicinity of the machines, providing a suction speed of up to 22 m / s. Ideal for equipment with a low load factor.
Air ducts, transitions and manifolds for several inlets can be supplied with the devices.
