The manufacturing company, along with the production of its own products, sells products from other factories. It positions itself as a manufacturer of high-quality panels, but the models with clinker tiles are of German origin, and the porcelain stoneware coating is supplied from Europe. In fact, only the creation of an insulating layer on materials produced by third-party companies can be attributed to domestic production.

The range of the company includes panels with clinker tiles, with the use of porcelain stoneware tiles, basement options and with imitation of an aged surface. Expanded polystyrene and polyurethane foam are used as an inner layer.

The main products of the company are patented. In production, a full technological cycle is carried out, which is implemented on automatic lines. An in-house control service has been organized, which checks products for a number of parameters, which guarantees that the consumer characteristics of the product will not be worse than that of the products of most European companies.

The company uses only natural materials as decorative paneling (clinker tiles, stone, porcelain stoneware, facade ceramics). Product connections - "thorn - groove". Heaters - polyurethane foam and expanded polystyrene.

Like almost all Russian manufacturers, the company uses material purchased from enterprises in other countries as a decorative finish. In particular, clinker tiles are purchased from ABC, Stroher, Feldhaus, Interbau, Exagres. Heaters - polystyrene foam, neopor or polyurethane foam. The manufacturer offers budget options for panels from 990 rubles. for 1 sq. m. Currently, panels are available "brick" in six colors.

Unique Multi Block compares favorably with others with its own production of clinker tiles. The experience of material release is more than 14 years, which indicates the planned development of the enterprise. Heaters - polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene foam and their combinations. The panels are produced with a thickness of 60, 80 and 100 mm at a price of 2,100 rubles. for 1 sq. m.

The enterprise works according to the following scheme: purchase of clinker tiles from leading European enterprises and creation of panels based on polyurethane foam. The advantage of the manufacturer can be considered a developed in-house production and technologies that allow maintaining the high quality of products throughout the entire service life.

8. "Ermak"

In the production of Ermak panels, laser cutting of materials is used, which makes it possible to achieve accurate dimensions and good joint according to the “thorn-groove” type. The company offers panels in individual sizes and in standard versions. Clinker tiles are supplied by A. D. W., Stroher, Foshan Red Lion Ceramic Co. Insulation - extruded polystyrene foam.

9. "Plitprom"

The manufacturer Plitprom was one of the first to produce thermal panels on the Russian market. Uses high-precision European equipment, which guarantees a good connection of products during installation. It supplies facade panels with German brick-like clinker tiles of various colors and sizes (cost per square meter - from 1,200 rubles).

10. Foreland

The Florend company specializes in the production of panels and artificial stone. The panels are a composite system based on polyurethane foam with a decorative coating (artificial stone), which is manufactured at the enterprise. Currently, panels of four models are produced: "XVII century", "Eurok", "Utes", "Elbrus". The cost of products - from 2,500 rubles. for 1 sq. m.

Decorative coating. Which is better?

Manufacturers offer several options for finishing panels: porcelain stoneware, concrete, ceramics, clinker tiles, etc.

The Russian companies listed above can be divided into two categories. The first is a complete production with the manufacture of both an insulating layer and a decorative coating, the second is the purchase of foreign-made finishing materials with the subsequent manufacture of finished products. The cost of the panels depends on the choice of finishing material and the thickness of the insulation.

Facade panels for exterior decoration of the house allow you to make the appearance of the walls presentable, reduce heat loss, and improve sound insulation. The decorative and protective functions of facade cladding panels depend on the material from which they are made. Products can be cement, plastic, porcelain stoneware, metal, etc.

Types and advantages of facade panels

If you have no experience in choosing cladding for facades, then it is best to seek help from a specialist. He should help with choosing the right facing material, which is more suitable for each particular home. Depending on the material of manufacture, panels on facades can be classified as follows:

  1. Sandwich panels and thermoplates. Consist of polyurethane foam and other types of materials.
  2. Fiber cement products. They are silicate materials with a special decorative coating.
  3. Thermoplastic. Composed of polyester and fiberglass, they are available in various finishes.
  4. Fiberglass products. Made of fiberglass mixed with special resins.
  5. Basement siding. It is made from polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride.

Facade panels for the home have their own advantages and disadvantages. They differ in their own purpose and coating quality. When choosing panels, you should pay attention not only to the appearance of the product, but also to its physical and technical characteristics.

Decorative panels for facade decoration can have a multi-layer structure, including a layer of heat insulator.

If the product was manufactured without insulation, then an air gap should remain between the wall and the panel during the finishing process. It is formed by a screen that reduces heat loss. Manufacturers endow panels for facades with the following advantages, regardless of the material of manufacture:

  1. Long service life. Performing the function of cladding throughout the year.
  2. Ease and speed of installation.
  3. Resistant to moisture, ultraviolet radiation, low temperatures.
  4. Lightweight façade panels that do not load the base.
  5. The ability to create beautiful modern house exteriors.
  6. Additional insulation of the house, protection of "breathing" walls from mold, corrosion, pests, etc.

The choice of the correct cladding option is very important in the process of decorating the facade with decorative panels. This will ensure the protection of the house from humidity, bad weather, and various chemical influences. Before making a purchase, you should always ask the seller about the technical characteristics of the selected material.

What to consider when choosing cladding

Each owner of a country house has a need to choose a high-quality cladding that allows you to give the facade a decent appearance. Wood or brick has long given way to facade panels, which are a modern option for finishing the facades of private houses.

Before purchasing a particular type of product for facade cladding, you should study the reasons explaining why the material is in demand on the market. Various types of products have not only their own technical characteristics, but also composition, texture, installation method, decorative properties. Experts distinguish the following properties of panels that make these products in demand:

  1. Meet customer requirements with a wide range of panel varieties. They can be made of various materials: metal, plastic, wood, etc.
  2. Obtaining a decent effect from installation while reducing the labor intensity of work in the conditions of maximum acceleration of the installation process of products.
  3. Durability and excellent thermal insulation properties of the product, allowing you to keep warm in the house for a long time.
  4. Long service life and fast installation of facade panels, available to a beginner.
  5. Production of facade cladding products from environmentally friendly materials, some of which have revolutionized the cladding market.

In order for the buyer to be convinced of the environmental friendliness of the finishing boards, manufacturers must provide a quality certificate. If the owner of the house plans to install facade panels with his own hands, then the complexity of the work should be paid attention first of all. Products with individual properties must meet fire safety requirements, have an appropriate appearance and an acceptable price.

The types of facade panels can be as follows:

  • single-layer;
  • two-layer;
  • three-layer.

Single-layer decorative products for facade cladding have lightness, low weight, low performance in building insulation. The use of two-layer panels for finishing the facade of the house is effective, since insulation is attached to the outer layer of the product. Three-layer products represent a construction typical for sandwich panels, which have 2 protective layers with insulation between them.

Properties of metal cassettes for the facade

The cladding panel in the form of a Puzzleton facade cassette is a hinged ventilated fixture. Puzzleton is not the name of the manufacturer of the product, the installation of which must be carried out at a certain distance from the wall surface.

By their appearance, Puzzleton facade cassettes resemble segments with a strict geometry. Square, rectangular or triangular forms of facade panels, the types of which depend on the material of manufacture, are relevant for houses with complex configurations. The technical characteristics of the cassettes depend on their materials of manufacture. Among them:

  1. Aluminum, which is a lightweight option that can be polymer coated. It does not place much stress on the walls of the building facade.
  2. Brass, which does not require additional painting, with a yellowish tint.
  3. Copper, which is the most expensive and corrosion resistant material with a long service life, retains its qualities without additional processing.

Facade cassettes for cladding a house from the outside have a lot of advantages, and not only positive technical characteristics. It:

  • large selection of material colors;
  • protection of the building facade from precipitation;
  • reliable soundproofing of the house due to multi-layer finishes;
  • absence of thermal deformations, which do not depend on the method of fastening the cassettes;
  • prevention of mold and diaper rash on the walls due to the presence of an air gap between the facade and the cassette;
  • fire safety of the metal profile, preventing the spread of fire;
  • no need for preliminary leveling of walls before installing cassettes;
  • the presence of strict geometric shapes, which greatly accelerate the installation;
  • the ability to install cassettes at any time of the year and at different temperatures;
  • the low weight of each individual segment does not create additional load on the facade;
  • the shelf life set by manufacturers for products is about 50 years;
  • the possibility of replacing a damaged facade cassette without dismantling the entire cladding.

Finishing the house with facade cassettes allows you to give a new look to the old building. Products are available in stainless steel or polymer coated steel, aluminum, copper or brass.

They should be fixed on a special frame, mounting from below, from the left corner.

Facade cladding with fiber cement panels

The rating of facade panels made from environmentally friendly raw materials includes fiber cement plates, which are not the last in popularity in it. The products contain 90% cement in their composition, thanks to which they can be used to decorate not only high-rise buildings, but also private houses with cottages. Panels, which are manufactured using reinforcing fibers and mineral fillers, have high strength.

Facade cladding panels gain strength due to materials such as cement, sand, reinforcing fibers. Finished products are distinguished by their durability, resistance to decay and corrosion, and fire resistance. Reliable fiber cement parts have a lot of positive characteristics.

Cement-based cladding board contains mineral additives and cellulose fibers that act as bonding elements. The latter increase the flexibility of the product and reduce its deformation. To cover the surfaces of finished products, stone chips or acrylic are used.

The performance properties of fiber cement boards meet fire safety. Products are not affected by temperature conditions, they are able to create reliable protection against heat loss. Such plates are very often used in the construction of residential buildings.

The disadvantage of finishing with cement-based panels is the large mass of elements. The weight of a standard board can be up to 30 kg. For fixing the panels on a special frame made of a metal profile, the vertical and horizontal methods are used. Achieving reliable fixation with the bracket is ensured by the use of a paranitic gasket.

The technology of cladding with fiber cement slabs assumes thermal insulation of the house using basalt wool or foam. The material should be laid between the frame guides and fixed with dowels.

The panels are fastened to the frame using self-tapping screws or clamps.

The use of plastic facade panels

Outside wall cladding does not always make it possible to use natural stone due to its significant weight and complexity of installation. As a substitute when creating cladding from stone and brick, panels are suitable, which are their imitation.

Plates made of polypropylene are widely used in the process of finishing the basement, as they are resistant to moisture and decay, are lightweight and easy to clean. Plastic plinth panels are easy to install. Facade cladding material is able to withstand any weather. Fiberglass slabs can mimic brick, marble or wood finishes.

They are robust and reliable; their service life can reach 50 years.

If you sheathe the house with plastic panels, then the cladding will not collapse under the influence of temperature extremes, high humidity or exposure to ultraviolet radiation. Plates reinforced with fiberglass are not afraid of mechanical stress, thanks to the acrylic coating, the color stability of the skin is achieved.

Facade panels can be reinforced in the following ways:

  • on glue;
  • on the crate.

The last installation option allows you to simultaneously insulate the house from the outside. The properties of plastic panels must meet modern requirements. Among the main advantages of plastic products are:

  • savings on heating costs;
  • air ventilation;
  • resistance of products to fading, cracking and corrosion;
  • ease of care;
  • ease of installation and the ability to install panels in any weather;
  • protection of walls from the outside from the negative influences of the external environment;
  • a wide selection of textures and shades;
  • aesthetic facade;
  • long period of operation, reaching 50-100 years.

Decorative facade panels made of polymers are presented on the market with a rich assortment, which provides customers with room for creative ideas. Facade cladding with plastic panels should be carried out only on flat walls. In the presence of significant defects and level differences, the frame should be made of a metal profile or wooden bars. During installation, it is necessary to leave 3 mm gaps between the products. This is provided for thermal expansion; the self-tapping screw should also not be tightened to the end. The remaining gaps should be sealed with sealant.

Modern vinyl siding is the most common type of ventilated exterior cladding made of vulture panels. This material is suitable for cladding low-rise buildings. PVC siding is widely used for decoration of baths, garages, farm buildings on the site, gas station buildings, etc.

PVC siding panels have a beautiful appearance. They do not burn or rot, they can protect walls well from the effects of precipitation, are easy to install and have a long service life. A wide range of colors of vinyl siding panels allows you to successfully select the necessary colors that allow you to embody the most diverse artistic solutions when decorating the facades of houses. The main advantages of modern vinyl siding used for facade cladding are listed below:

  • ease of installation;
  • affordable cost;
  • moisture resistance;
  • service life up to 50 years;
  • resistance to biological effects;
  • the ability to replace damaged parts;
  • providing protection against ultraviolet radiation by adding special components to the material.

The use of facade cladding with PVC siding panels has its drawbacks. They are associated with the appearance of fragility of the material in frost and vibration in strong winds. As a common decor, when facing a house with siding panels, products that imitate wood planks are used.

Fastening of plastic panels is carried out on the crate. Before installation, a starter strip is installed into which the initial row of panels is inserted. A lock connection is provided for fastening the elements. Facing panels for the facade of the house are mounted using self-tapping screws through the holes screwed in in the middle.

The caps of the fasteners are not tightened by 1 mm.

The use of thermal panels for exterior cladding of houses

Decorative cladding panels combine aesthetic function with insulation. They are characterized by the following structure:

  • outer layer of clinker or ceramic tiles;
  • heat insulator;
  • protective film.

The dimensions of the thermal panels are large enough, so the finishing is carried out in a short time. Foam is used as a heat insulator, which reduces the cost of the boards. When burning, it is capable of releasing a harmful toxic substance. Expanded polystyrene, which can be used as insulation, gives strength to the structure, is safe, does not absorb moisture. Facing with such a finishing material has a number of advantages:

  1. The ability to install the product on a surface of any material.
  2. The durability of the cladding.
  3. High level of heat and sound insulation.
  4. Possibility of installation throughout the year. Can be used in harsh climatic conditions.
  5. Quick installation due to large dimensions and a reduction in the number of joints, which are cold bridges.

Each facade panel is fixed to the wall and then fixed with dowels. The connection of the elements is carried out on the basis of the tongue-groove system. Installation on curved walls of the facade requires preliminary filling of the frame; installation takes place on the crate.

Finishing with front panels is carried out according to the principle of constructor assembly due to the presence of a well-thought-out locking mechanism. Fastening of individual elements is carried out on the basis of a thorn-groove connection with a small overlap. This contributes to the elimination of cold bridges. The installation stage requires certain financial investments.

They will pay off by reducing heat losses during the heating season by almost 2 times.

In summer, thermal insulation should function like a thermos. If cool air is launched in the evening, it will remain throughout the day. This will eliminate the need for frequent air conditioning.

Advantages of sandwich panels for facades

To ensure that the facade finished with facing elements effectively retains its thermal insulation qualities, you can use sandwich panels. The characteristics of these materials are 30% higher than those of competitors. The structure of facades faced with sandwich panels includes 3 layers: a rigid polymer or metal shell on 2 sides and insulation. As a heat insulator, you can use:

  • inexpensive, moisture-resistant polystyrene foam;
  • non-combustible mineral wool;
  • polyurethane foam, characterized by the absence of toxic substances and with the best thermal insulation parameters.

The cladding of sandwich panels is often made of galvanized steel. Corrosion protection with a zinc layer makes the cladding more durable and stronger. The metal can be painted in different colors, so any owner of the house can choose the finish according to his own taste. Among the positive qualities of sandwich panels, the following are noted:

  • quick installation and replacement of plates;
  • low weight for easy transportation and installation;
  • high degree of sound and heat insulation;
  • environmental Safety;
  • affordable cost.

If the decoration of the house from the outside with facade panels was carried out efficiently, then they will serve for a long time. They require tight docking. Plates are installed on a metal or wooden frame. Sandwich panels should be handled with care so that the outer cover is not damaged.

Facade panels and siding are used for exterior decoration of private houses, offices, warehouses, shopping centers and other buildings.

Main advantages: quick and easy installation; ease of care; low weight of slabs or lamellas; a variety of colors and textures; full imitation of natural finishing materials; low price compared to natural materials.

The most popular are siding and facade panels (systems). What is the difference between these finishing materials, what to choose?

The main difference is single-layer siding material, which protects the facade from moisture, ultraviolet radiation, wind loads, dust settling, exposure to aggressive chemical compounds. Facade panels - consist of several layers, also provide thermal insulation and sound insulation of the room.

Other differences:

  1. Siding is mounted on a frame or lathing, and facade panels are most often mounted directly on the wall.
  2. Installation of siding is stage-by-stage - slabs for facing facades are mounted in 1 stage.
  3. facade cladding systems are used only for exterior work - siding is used for both exterior and interior decoration.
  4. siding lamellas are mounted only in the vertical direction from bottom to top - facade cladding systems are mounted in any direction.
  5. siding lamellas are rectangular or strip-shaped - panel slabs for facades can be of any shape.
  6. Facade panels are made from more materials than siding.
  7. The maximum length of a strip of metal siding lamella is 6000 mm; width 550 mm. Facade panels are not limited in size.
  8. siding is mounted only on flat vertical surfaces - facade panels can be mounted on convex or concave surfaces.
  9. When installing facade panels, care must be taken not to damage the thermal insulation layer - the siding is mounted on a frame installed over the thermal insulation.

It is important to remember some of the nuances:

  1. Metal siding with soil and polymer layer is a siding element only if it is not possible to mount it directly on the wall.
  2. Glass products - only facade cladding slabs.
  3. Vinyl products with a thickness of more than 2 mm are distinguished by their shape: if the strip is siding; square or wide rectangle - a slab for the facade.

Siding types

The main criterion for choosing siding is the material for making lamellas. The material is selected based on climatic conditions and the final cost.

The material of manufacture is distinguished:

  1. PVC - vinyl or acrylic siding: average service life 50 years; working temperature range - -50- + 50; melting temperature - +381, the maximum number of frosts and defrosts 100 does not ignite. Advantages - lightness, low cost, does not conduct electricity, ease of maintenance... Disadvantages - With sharp temperature changes, 15-20oC / h or more, it cracks, not shock-resistant, toxins are released during combustion. Scope of application - interior and exterior decoration of the premises. Color affects the price. Dark is 15-20% more expensive than light.
  2. Metal (galvanized steel, aluminum). Advantages - high strength, service life more than 50 years, not affected by temperature fluctuations. Disadvantages - high cost, rusts when the integrity of the coating is broken, heats up at high temperatures, significantly increasing the temperature in the room.
  3. Fiber cement. The main advantage is that it can withstand sharp temperature fluctuations. Therefore, it is advisable to use it in regions with a sharply continental climate. Disadvantages - heavy weight, complexity of installation, small selection of colors.
  4. Wood. Advantages - it has thermal insulation properties, frost resistance up to -50 oC. Ease of installation, environmental friendliness, relatively low cost. Disadvantages - a protective layer (varnish paint) is needed, it needs periodic treatment with antiseptic impregnations, high flammability, high hygroscopicity. Scope of application - exterior and interior decoration of old wooden houses.

Only metal siding retains its original appearance until the end of its useful life. The biggest difference between the service life and the shelf life of vinyl siding and facade panels is 250%.

The service life is influenced by the number of defrosting and freezing cycles, and the relative humidity of the air at negative temperatures. In regions with mild, wet winters, the service life of any material for outdoor decoration is 30-40% shorter than the passport one.

Scope and types of facade panels

Facade panels are used:

  • For decorating and insulating walls outside the building;
  • For foundation waterproofing;
  • for filing eaves overhangs;
  • for soundproofing of interiors;
  • for outdoor restoration of architectural monuments.

Classification

Facade panels are classified:

  1. By design features - single-layer, multi-layer (sandwich panels).
  2. By distribution of characteristics: with the same distribution of characteristics; with one or more enhanced characteristics, for example, thermal insulation.
  3. According to the material of manufacture (the main attention is paid to the outer layer) - vinyl, metal, fiber cement.
  4. Imitation of material - like brick, wood, stone, etc.

The characteristics of the outer layer are the same as for siding.

Additional materials:

  1. Polyurethane... It is used for finishing uneven surfaces. Withstands temperature drops of more than 15oС per day. Working temperature range -50- + 50oC. Disadvantages - needs protection from ultraviolet radiation.
  2. Glass... It is used for finishing office buildings, shopping centers and cottages. High strength, frost resistance -50 + 80, resistance to aggressive chemical compounds, except for hydrofluoric acid. Disadvantages - relatively high cost, complexity of installation, large weight of the plates.
  3. Polymer panels moisture resistant and not exposed to aggressive chemical compounds with the exception of hydrofluoric acid. Disadvantages - flammability, toxicity.

What's better?

The price for siding made of similar material is 3-8 times lower than for front panels. Thermal insulation, installation of a frame or lathing and finishing with siding strips are, on average, 15-40% cheaper than plates for facade cladding.

Due to its low weight, the siding can be assembled by 1 person, and several workers will be required to install the protective plates.

When installing siding strips, additional elements are not used, which are mandatory for facade panels.

Due to the large number of lamellas, the siding finish does not deform when the structure shrinks.

Facade cladding plates take the main load on themselves - plus the durability of the structure.

Combination

Siding and facade panels go well with each other (photo below):

Conclusion

There is no unequivocal answer to the question of which siding or facade panels are better. If you need to update the facade of a private or country house and there is no lack of time, siding is better.

When it is necessary to revet the facade of a multi-storey building or a house of a non-standard architectural form, as well as to protect the foundation from atmospheric influences and there is no question about the cost of the project - front panels are preferable.

For warehouse or other non-residential premises, where thermal insulation and sound insulation does not play a special role, siding is better.

In contact with

Facade panels are a very fashionable and already widely used method for renovating building facades today. This material, due to its variety of shapes, colors and textures, has great success in the construction of new, as well as the reconstruction of old buildings and structures.

From the point of view of investment, the production of facade panels is a rather attractive direction, since high-quality products are quite expensive. However, the process of manufacturing such structures consists of several technological processes, which provide for the presence of a staff of workers with pre-qualification training.

Advantage

Using facade panels for facing a building, the consumer receives:

  • high level of sound and heat insulation;
  • ease and simplicity of installation;
  • the possibility of self-cleaning;
  • resistance to moisture and low temperatures;
  • environmental friendliness of all materials used;
  • high level of seismic resistance;
  • color quality of panels;
  • immunity to UV rays;
  • long service life;
  • relatively low weight of one facade sheet.

Types and forms

In the production of facade panels, a variety of materials can be used: steel, aluminum, copper, wood fibers, zinc, glass, natural stone, etc.

These structures are available in various sizes: small-sized (sandwich panels, profiled sheet, narrow typesetting panel, multi-layer panels) and large-sized (height can reach 4 m). Depending on the material used, facade panels are classified into:

  • plastic (non-corrosive, UV-resistant, capable of imitating brick, wood, marble and other materials);

  • vinyl (made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride polymers), have durability (up to 40 years of service); moisture-proof, fire-resistant, but poorly resistant to low temperatures and strong winds);
  • panels for stone (imitation stone is much cheaper than real masonry);
  • wood fiber panels (these are wood fibers pressed at high temperature and pressure; the material is environmentally friendly, frost-resistant, strong in bending, does not undergo deformation, is easy to install);
  • glass panels (there is a classification of glasses by strength: class A, B and C; they have good sound and heat insulation, reduce the level of exposure to ultraviolet radiation, create an original facade);
  • sandwich panels (the structure consists of a metal layer and a plastic plate; durable (more than 30 years), environmentally friendly, protects against heat loss);
  • fiber cement panels (consist of cellulose and plastic (10% / 90%), have a self-cleaning coating, withstand significant temperature changes; frost-resistant, non-flammable).

Facade panel production can be manual or professional. In handicraft, there is only manual equipment (mixer, tables, scales, drying racks), it can be organized in any small room (for example, in a garage).

Professional production is a whole range of equipment:

  • mixers;
  • equipment for processing cellulose;
  • drying machines;
  • molding equipment;
  • equipment for the preparation of cellulose;
  • various dispensers;
  • equipment for the production of panels themselves.

First, cellulose goes through several stages of cleaning and preparation, after which it is mixed with cement, sand and synthetic additives. All this mass is fed into the mixer-extruder, where it is given shape and texture. Then, under the influence of thermal action, calcium silicate hydrate is formed, which provides strength and wear resistance to the product. At the very end, the panels are treated with antistatic and moisture-proof solutions.

Holzplast (Wandstien)

In the production of the Wandstien series, the Holzplast developers were able to combine the design elegance of classic materials with the main advantages of modern polymeric materials. Structures are made of frost-resistant, non-cracking, water-repellent material.

Wandstien panels are represented by the Skol, Tuff, Brick, Parfir and Booth models, which are developed on the basis of natural raw materials:

  • "Skol" combines a wide range of colors;
  • "Tuff" is designed for lovers of stately architecture;
  • "Brick" repeats the texture of natural material;
  • Parfir combines garnet and brown colors in an exquisite relief;
  • "Booth" is a universal solution both for individual architectural forms and for cladding the entire facade.

Docke-R (Decke)

Deke cladding facade panels (Germany) are excellent for decoration of entertainment and shopping
complexes, baths and saunas, large buildings and structures. The plant where the panels are manufactured is equipped with the most modern equipment, and the products undergo high quality control.

Since ancient times, people have built their homes from various materials. Facing brick, stone, wood and other materials were used. Durability and beauty were the main criteria when choosing a material. Sometimes these materials were expensive. Only in the last century was it possible to obtain a relatively inexpensive facing material for cladding facades and basements. It was named facade panels. Facade panels are divided into several categories: plastic panels, fiber cement panels, thermal panels. All these types of facade panels imitate natural materials such as stone, brick, wood. Front panel prices vary depending on the composition of the manufacturer's panels.

Facade panels made of plastic

Plastic facade panels are used for cladding the facades of houses. But much more often they are used for facing the basement. Plastic panels are also called plinth panels or plinth siding. Facade panels made of plastic are distinguished by ease of installation and durability of the material. The most popular with us are the following brands of plastic facade panels - Nailite and Novik. These facade panels have been supplied to Russia for over 10 years.

Installation of pvc facade panels does not require special skills. The panels are mounted on wooden lathing. It is important to take into account the fact that when installing pvc panels at temperatures below 5 degrees, the panels shrink, and when they rise, they expand. Therefore, a prerequisite is a 5mm gap between the panels.

Fiber cement panels

Fiber cement panels (ceramic siding) are often referred to as composite materials. Composite fiber cement panels are cladding panels made of cement, silicate materials with the addition of fibers. Indeed, fiber cement panels are a fusion of modern developments and design. Fiber cement panels will not only protect the facade from precipitation, but also from fire, as they are fireproof. Fiber cement panels do not contain asbestos and are environmentally friendly building materials. Facade fiber cement panels are made in various textures, they are distinguished by their natural appearance in appearance. Most of the fiber cement panels are imported to us from Japan. Fiber cement panels are often referred to as Japanese panels or ceramics. In Japan, fiber cement panels are as common as our brick. Over the decades, a culture of building from ceramic siding has developed. The most popular Japanese panels in Russia are Konoshima, Nichina, Kmew, Asahi. All of them are present in our range. Japanese manufacturers are distinguished by excellent product quality and affordable prices. And the widest assortment (about 1000 pcs. For each manufacturer) of fiber cement panels will allow facing the facade in any architectural style.

Installation of fiber cement siding is carried out according to the principle of a ventilated facade on a wooden or metal sheathing. Due to the large area of \u200b\u200bfront panels of 1.38 sq. M. installation is carried out at a fast pace. In addition, fiber cement panels can be installed even in winter. The panels have insignificant thermal expansion, however, this point is also thought out in the installation. In the places of vertical joints of the panels, a special joint profile is used, which is sealed with silicone in the color of the panels. All these nuances allow you to mount the facade with high quality.

Thermal panels

Modern thermal panels have gained their popularity due to the ability not only to cover the facade with beautiful and natural clinker tiles, but at the same time to insulate the facade. The most popular heaters for thermal panels are expanded polystyrene and neopor. The trend of recent years is that the customer wants to choose high-quality facade materials, but nevertheless does not want to overpay for the goods. And manufacturers were able to adapt to market demands. Now it is not necessary to purchase ready-made thermal panels and cut them on the object to the required size, thereby losing about 20%. Now you can buy separately insulation with guides, glue, clinker tiles and grout. Converted into a significant savings. The advantage is also the fact that now there is no need to wait until the thermal panels are manufactured, but to carry out installation after purchasing the goods. Clinker tiles completely imitate facing bricks. The widest range of clinker tiles will bring to life all architectural ideas.
