Thermalvice is a modern and beautiful finishing material. Termevice: Making, Properties, Application Technology Technology: Closer to Nature

Due to the fact that the modern construction market flooded synthetic materials that are not distinguished by their environmental purity, the demand for natural materials that can be used, without fear of their health. First of all, it is wood, which is very far from ideal due to its inability to resist natural factors - we all know how she behaves in a wet and dry medium, as insects and such microorganisms like mold. In general, in street conditions, without proper protection, the tree does not serve for a long time. It's a pity. Oddly enough, and here, modern technologies came to the rescue - a relatively recently appeared such a method for treating a tree, like thermal modification. The final product of this technology is the thermalvice, which we will talk about in this article. Together with the site, we will study the building material of this type in detail.

Termevice: what it is and how

The process of manufacturing the thermal-extension is quite simple - in fact, it is subjected to a long-term effect of temperature, as a result of which it becomes empty. In the sense that it partially flashes cellulose in it, all available resins come out and the structure of the fibers themselves - a tree, as it were, caramelized, due to which it becomes very high indicators, because of them it is appreciated. Heat treatment of wood can be made in four different ways.

What happens as a result of all these types of processing? What properties give it in this way? But with this moment we will figure it on.

Facade thermiverevin: characteristics

The most important feature inherent in thermal extension is the resistance of its size, which is not able to influence either moisture, nor the temperature - it practically does not absorb moisture. What does it mean? There is no little, but the fact that over time the same, decorated with this material, will not lose its original appearance. But this is not all the advantages of the thermal extension - in the process of processing, it acquires other useful qualities. By the way, and useless too, but about it a little later.

And all this against the background of exceptional environmental purity, which is so appreciated by modern people - this material in the process of exposure is not only not studied by chemicals, but it is also removed from it all substances that can be harmful to human health. As for the shortcomings, then, according to the manufacturers, the thermal extension is only one - fragility. Not such as in glass, but, nevertheless, if you compare this indicator with standard wood, it is high. Processing, in particular, the sawing of this material should be carried out on large speeds with a small feed and a tool with a small tooth - otherwise the thermalvice bursts.

Termevice and class of it

The production of thermal excursion occurs under the influence of the superheated steam at a temperature of from 150 to 240 degrees Celsius - the brine is large, but it is precisely whether it determines the separation of this material into classes. There are three of them three.

Naturally, depending on the processing class, the cost of the material changes and the value of the material is higher, the price of the material is more expensive. So you should think three times, what qualities you need.

Termsvisin Board: Application Scope

By and large, the scope of the thermal extension is not limited - it is possible to use it everywhere where modern person applies ordinary wood. There is, however, one nuance that needs to be taken into account before making a decision on its application is the cost. The price of thermivascular is very high, and in most cases its acquisition costs may be inappropriate. For example, it is possible to apply it indoors, but it is expensive - with the same success for the decor and a common tree is suitable. This material has its own scope in which the costs of it are justified.

In general, it should be thicker to think about the expediency of the use of thermal-extension - perhaps you will conclude that it will be much cheaper to create a conventional imitation of this material, which is not so difficult. By the way, this is a reason to think about the question, and did you get the thermal exercise in the store? There are quite a lot of ways to give a tree. You understand, it is only a view, but no quality.

And at the conclusion of the topic I will say a few words about the question whether thermodrevice can be made with their own hands? In small quantities and fragments of a small dimension to make it, in principle, it is possible - for this you will need an electric oven with the possibility of temperature adjustment. In addition to wood, it will need to install a water container - without saturation to the ferry, the tree can light up.

There is nothing more to add about this material. It remains only to summarize and make conclusions for yourself. Material, of course, dear, but spending big money on him, you can be sure that items from it will delight your eyes for a long time. You can say more - they will be inherited by your children practically unchanged.

Wood treated with heating can easily replace the breeds that are used for construction on the street.

Requirements for materials for the manufacture of structures undergoing atmospheric influences: they should be resistant to rotting, damage to insects and the influence of destructive factors (sun, rain, etc.), durable and stable.

And these conditions would be nice to add beauty and environmental friendliness. Say that this does not happen?

We offer to get acquainted with thermally modified wood. This material corresponding to the ideal requirements may be more accessible than you think.

Technology of thermal extension: not just drying

Thermal processing of wood is not something new, it was used in the prehistoric era. Primitive hunters burned the root of a wooden spear to make it more hard. But only in 1990, the Scandinavian timber workers decided to look at the process in laboratory conditions. As a result of these studies, a technology has appeared, which for two decades has been applied in European countries and began to conquer North America, where the production volumes of thermal extension increase annually.

The process of thermal modification begins immediately after drying the boards in the chamber, where the material is heated to a temperature of 260 ° C. Sugar substances contained in wood are sintered, becoming an unsuitable medium for insects and microorganisms that destroy the wood. The walls of the cells forming wood fibers that are usually easily absorbed moisture and dry, after heat treatment cease to swell.

Lained moisture wood becomes not only less susceptible to biological factors, but also more stable, almost unwaning and not free. And just like spears of ancient hunters, it acquires increased hardness as a result of heating. The final product of this process is lightweight, durable, durable and stable material without any chemical additives.

Wood throughout the thickness becomes brown and has a nice sweet smell. From the past processing of boards, pinned boards are made for terraced flooring and wall sheat (lining), as well as calibrated sawn timber, which are practically not blocked.

Technology of thermal extension: closer to nature

The method of thermal modification is applicable to any wood, but manufacturers more often use coniferous rocks due to lower prices and availability. Since the process proceeds without chemical additives, production does not pollute the environment, and during operation wood does not allocate any poisonous substances.

One of the manufacturers, Radiance Wood Products, has taken another step to increase environmental safety, completely impregnate with the material with synthetic resins without using organic solvents (One Time Finish technology), which allows you to update the finishing coating no more than once every seven years.

Thermodrevin - lightweight material, and a truck can carry twice as much boards than from antiseptic wood, saving fuel and reducing the amount of harmful emissions (although the last two advantages are leveled by the need to burn more fuel for the operation of the chambers in which the processing process).

Termvresin: Other side of the coin

There is nothing perfect in our world, and this material can find flaws. After heat treatment, wood becomes not only more solid, but also more fragile, so manufacturers are always recommended to drill guide holes for screws and nails, especially near the ends of the board.

The thermal extension surface is more sensitive to ultraviolet rays and faster acquires a silver gray shade than ordinary boards, so it is necessary to update the finish regularly through each year or two.

Another warning: Since this technology is relatively new, the material is not sufficiently tested for resistance at contact with the ground. Therefore, the pillars and parts of the skeleton of the terraces, arbors and other garden buildings are better made from antisepthed wood. That is why most manufacturers deliver on sale mainly boards for flooring, steps, handrails and balusters, rather than lumber of standard sections.

The price and availability of thermal extension

Now the thermal extension can be found only in specialized trading, and in retail it is rare. Its value occupies an intermediate position between traditional rows from Tui and wooden-plastic composites. The service life is guaranteed at least 20-30 years.

In the coming years, more accessibility should be expected due to an increase in production volumes and, accordingly, price reduction, as more and more companies begin to establish production.

Thermal wood modification process

Past primary drying Wood with humidity 14-19% is loaded into the chamber managed by a computer.

Primary heating: The temperature in the chamber rises to 100 ° water boiling point.

Removing internal stresses and drying: Heating continues simultaneously with steam supply to slowly reduce wood moisture to 7-8%.

Thermal modification: when the temperature in the chamber exceeds 240 ° C, sugar and tanning substances begin to shine, putting intolerable for microbes and insects. Wood darkens and becomes harder.

Steaming: steam is again served in the chamber to stabilize the wood and prevent the full loss of moisture at high temperatures.

Cooling: The computer slowly lowers the temperature in the chamber so that internal voltages do not occur in the cooled wood. On average, the entire process leaves from 24 to 48 hours, ranging from the camera load until the finished product is obtained.

So that heat-treated Planken occupied the leading positions as a material for cladding, people spent not one century. Thermal processing of wood was used by the Vikings. In the 30s of the last century in Finland, where the construction of houses from the wood is most developed, a material was obtained, which was not afraid of temperature drops and high humidity. The tree was dried, then heated with high temperatures using steam.

Subsequent hot drying gave astounding results. The tree became extremely durable. Moisture and frost did not affect its structure. The essence of the obtained structures quickly found fans not only from Finns, but also in Western Europe. The subsequent international crisis forced to forget about the wonderful material. Thermalvice gained its second life only at the end of the twentieth century. From this time, she captures all the new positions in a wooden house-building.
This material has the following properties that allow it to gradually displace the usual tree:

  • Large service life. 10-15 times more ordinary wood;
  • Weak moisture absorption. 50% lower than in natural tree;
  • Maintaining forms and structures regardless of environmental changes;
  • The possibility of obtaining any color. From simple breeds, the appearance of a noble tree is obtained.

Wood heat treatment: process description

Any varieties like coniferous and deciduous are suitable for the thermal exconance. The tree is dried by the usual way in thermal ships at temperatures up to 150 degrees. Then the steam processing happens. After, drying continues with a temperature of more than 200 degrees. Such a sequence frees material from resin and moisture. The structure of porous becomes dense. A tree treated with a thermal method becomes relatively fragile. However, modern methods and high-speed machines easily cope with products of any shapes and sizes. Like ordinary wood, thermoderial is an environmentally friendly material.

Planken - at first glance ordinary boards. The main difference is the squeezes on the edges. The planks laid in a row are devoid of flaws inherent in lining and other types of sheat. When laying between the boards, space remains. It allows you to create an air layer necessary for the "respiration" of the lined surface. The slot in the plank does not give coatings to swell and breed, which is inherent in lining with dense connecting joints. Walls covered with plaquen looks neat.

It's important to know

Planken after heat treatment and impregnation sometimes has an unpleasant smell. While using it in the works on the interior decoration, it requires additional processing. This lack can not be taken into account in the facade facing.

Facing facade thermodoskoy

Change the appearance of your dwelling with the help of thermoderies can be done with your own hands. The lightweight weight of the plaqueen makes it possible to quickly and reliably attach and dock individual parts of the cladding.

Planken is made in three versions: beveled, straight or straight with groove. Width of the boards: 70-90 mm, thickness of about 20 mm. The angle of the bevelled view can be from 40 to 70 mm. The tree does not matter. With a high-quality approach to the technology of manufacturing the thermal station will save its best qualities.

Pre-prepared a doom. Its dimensions depend on the width of the insulation material. The bar should be beyond the limits of the insulation. This is done for ventilation of the main building wall. Tightly laid insulation is attached to fungal dowels.

Types of facing

There are two types of facade of the facade by Planken.

The first is closed. The thermal plates are mounted with metal plackets of 150x15 mm from the calculation that the width of the boards is less than 100 mm.

The planks are laid out by rows on a flat surface, observing the height of the wall, which will be subjected to cladding. The framework of the frame is transferred to the resulting area. Special attention is paid to the brusade imprint to visually present its width.

Metal strips are superimposed on the boards perpendicular to them so that they have a protrusion from each side of the individual plaquena by about 10 mm. Each is attached to the blackboard with two self-draws. The protruding parts of the fastener carry dual purpose. The lower protrusion is inserted between the bar and the previous bar, the upper ear will be screwed to the bruus. Thus, gradually all the plaquen decomposed on Earth will be transferred to the facade.

The second option is cheaper and faster. Planken from the thermalvisia is attached by self-drawing directly to the lags. This method is more durable.
Fastening should be made by stainless self-drawing. This will exclude in the future the possibility of rust.
The corners of the facilities are facing the same material as the main part of the facade. At the same time two boards at right angles are fastened.

Conclusion

Availability in the farm wood of any kind, thermal furnace and a good woodworking machine, plus his own skill, will make it possible to make facing work with the use of thermoderies. We also recommend you to watch the video below, it describes an alternative method for fastening plaquena.

Wooden products without any chemicals that are stable in a wide variety of conditions? For the facade and for the roof, in the garden and near the pool? A hundred years ago, people did not even dreamed about such. However, in the 21st century, even the most bold assumptions find a real embodiment. In this article we will talk about the thermal extension: what is it, how does it produce it and what is it so unique?

What is thermiverevin?

Trememrevice is a timber that specialists are subjected to heat treatment under the action of high temperatures from 180 to 230c without the use of chemical preparations. As a result, it turned out a product that became the current "material of the XXI century", which combines the environmental friendliness of wood with absolutely invaluable physico-mechanical parameters.

In the process of operation, the geometry of thermoderev does not change, i.e. It does not dry, does not swell, it is not subject to warping and cracking, does not rot during long-term contact with water. And most importantly, he does not need any processing of chemicals. Such material is characterized by high structure density and almost 30% better than simple timber holds heat in winter and coolness in the summer months. Note that even the most budget varieties of timber during heat treatment are toned on the whole thickness and acquire a deep, noble shade of more valuable varieties.

This material is obtained by treating timber water vapor using natural vegetable oils. During the multistage drying from raw materials, all moisture and volatile compounds are completely pulled out, while the qualities of the wood itself are significantly improved. Interestingly, the initial stage of drying includes the processing of raw materials by water vapor. This is done in order to prevent the future product cracking. In the process of heat treatment in a suspension, free hydrogen atoms are "attached" to the ends of carbon and hydrogen chains of timber, preventing in the future, attracting water molecules and, as a result, rawness swelling at the molecular level. The fluid adsorption indicators are reduced by 4-5 times.

After such a complex and continuous technological process, it turns out spectacular and environmentally friendly, almost universal raw materials. Prior to the start of the heat treatment procedure, the raw materials initially affect high temperatures over several hours, after which it is possible to proceed directly to the heat treatment itself. After that, the material obtained is cooled. You can use soft and solid timber varieties to create a thermal exchanger. At the same time, soft varieties are suitable for outer decoration, and from solid varieties create various interior items or carry out an internal finish.

It is worth noting that the Finns came up with this technology. Finnish specialists for finishing facades and interior works, the manufacture of flooring is used pine, spruce. And in the saunas used European aspen, pine, spruce. Outdoor coatings they create from birch.

The production of thermal extension includes such steps:

  • at a temperature of 130-150 C, drying occurs, as a result of which the humidity can be reduced almost to zero temperature increase to 200-240 C under a saturated water vapor. The prerequisite is the presence of overpressure in comparison with atmospheric. It was at that moment that the timber supplies a certain shade and a new material is obtained - thermalvice
  • temperature decreases, and the humidity of the raw material is communicated to a level of 4-6%.

During the implementation of heat treatment, the color of the timber varies, not only the top layer, and throughout the thickness. You can get the most different shades from beige to chocolate, it all depends on the selected mode. In addition, the wood texture looks spectacular. A simple piece of wood looks like a noble material that has undergone long-term aging, and this is very fashionable today. With thermal processing, the cheapest raw material will have the form of elite wood varieties.

When processing the ferry completely decomposes of the Favorite Microorganisms Wednesday - wood sugar. Tests that conducted specialists in laboratories prove that the material obtained is resistant to the rotting and formation of mold, it does not need additional protective coatings. The service life of such a material is 15-25 times higher than ordinary wood. The constancy of the sizes in the conditions of oscillations of humidity and ambient temperature increases 10-15 times - at the end of drying, the material does not change its initial geometric forms, due to the structuring of molecular chains during processing. In the conditions of constant heavy rains, the change in the size of the thermoderev is 3-4 times less than that of the untreated material.

By heat treatment, almost any timber can be closer to the characteristics of the larch, which is not subjected to centuries. For this reason, larch enjoys great popularity in Venice. Fluid seepage after processing is reduced by 3-5 times. This is because the surface of the thermoderev is not porous, like in conventional timber, and compacted, as a result of which it is not terrible even increased air humidity.

Today, people are increasingly careful about their health, so the construction materials and interior items are selected environmentally friendly. Thermally treated wood is just such a material, because even waste of this production is disposed of incineration.

The main advantages of this material:

  • deep and homogeneous all over the cross section
  • perfect surface quality;
  • long operation period
  • significant drying percentage
  • resistance to temperature fluctuations
  • aroma of natural wood
  • one hundred percent environmental friendliness.

The manufacture of thermal extension is carried out under the action of a superheated steam at a temperature of from 150 to 240 degrees Celsius - a significant revelation, but it is it precisely to divide the entire thermal extension into classes:

  • 1st grade. Timber are processed at temperatures up to 190 s. This material is slightly tinted, and its technical indicators are the lowest
  • 2nd class. Treatment is carried out at temperatures up to 210 degrees. The resulting material is resistant to rotting and high-strength, however, it is less plastic and fragile. It has a darker color
  • The 3rd class is the highest heat treatment class of timber. It is obtained after "firing" to 240 degrees. The resulting material is incredibly dense, solid and resistant to any weather phenomena.

In general, the scope of use of the thermal extension is not limited. It is used everywhere where ordinary wood is used. In the construction industry, the thermododevo is used in the works associated with both internal and the external finish of the facades. The wide palette of the shades does not limit the designer fantasy, and the physico-mechanical characteristics make it possible to use this material even to create bearing structures. As a result of a neutral attitude to humidity, the material is popular in the arrangement of baths, saunas and pools. The only nuance that needs to take into account before buying is the price. It is worth this material very expensive, and most often the cost of purchase is inappropriate. For example, to use such a material for the interior decoration of the rooms, of course, it is possible, but ordinary timber will be suitable for these works. Thermoderevo has its own scope, in which the costs of it are justified.

Thermoderev produces wooden tiles for bathrooms and kitchens, which are an excellent alternative to cold tile coating. In addition, one-piece baths and sinks make it from it.

If there is an unlimited budget, the material can be used for:

  • finishing facades of the building. In construction stores you can find the lining of a different plan - from standard plates with grooves to block house
  • creating terraces, outdoor sites, arbors and other structures
  • fences from this material will delight not one generation of your family. Such a fence does not need to care, it is only necessary to wash off the hose periodically
  • production of decorative products - flooring, panels for walls, street furniture, a variety of garden decors

In view of such a high cost, many homemade masters think about making thermoworial at home. Of course, in the presence of a huge desire and electric oven with a temperature regulator, you can cope with this work. Just do not forget that in the electric oven it is necessary to install a container with a liquid, because without the presence of a pair of wood lights up at such a high temperature.

However, this is quite time consuming. In specialized forums, you can find masters who have created a drying chamber personally from the railway tank, which accommodates 15 cubic meters. m. The main condition is the one hundred percent tightness of the camera. Otherwise, the presence of oxygen will be the reason for the fire of timber during heating over 135 C. The easiest way to heat treating with your own hands is to boil the small wooden billet for 1.5 hours in water. After that, it must be wrapped in fabric and old newspapers, and accommodate any source of heat so that it is dry. To such a method, carvers for wood drying are resorted to.

Disadvantages of thermal extension

However, the perfect material without drawbacks could not come up with. Therefore, even this, at first glance, impeccable material, there are negative qualities. As a result of heat treatment, timber becomes not only more solid, but more fragile, for this reason, experts advise to drill guide holes for screws and nails, especially near the ends of the board.

Thermodvice is more sensitive to ultraviolet and can acquire a silver-gray shade, once a few years of wood, located under the outdoor sun, will need to be processed.

Since the technology is new and poorly studied, the experts are not yet known for the resistance of this material, with long-term finding in the ground. For this reason, the pillars, parts of the carcass terraces, arbors and other garden structures are better to create out of wood impregnated with antiseptic.

Today, this material can be bought only in specialized stores, in retail it is rare enough. However, in the next few years it is worth waiting for more accessibility due to the growth in production volumes and, as a result, reducing value, because more and more productions are beginning to master this technology.

In the end, we note that, despite the complexity of technology, you can make this material and at home. However, such material will still be lower quality than manufactured in the enterprise. And even, made by the household houses, will have higher characteristics than the usual.

All woodworking enterprises and those who are engaged in the production of products from wood, sooner or later there is a problem with the protection of the board, a bar, rounded logs and also other structures from harm, which is applied fungi and harmful insects.

Among the finishing materials, wider demand and popularity on the market was obtained by heat-treated wood, which is characterized by unique performance characteristics, aesthetic appearance and a large sphere of application. Thermalvice is an excellent fabric analogue.

Properties and scope of application

Wood is an environmentally friendly natural material that has excellent texture and is absolutely safe for human health. However, without additional processing, the tree is not able to withstand adverse external factors such as increased humidity, the effect of biological microorganisms and insects.

The modern method of processing wood raw materials Thermomomcommunication allowed us to get a new high-quality finishing material that has found wide demand in the market. Termevice - sawn timber, which has passed additional heat treatment at a temperature of from 180 to 240 degrees without the use of synthetic additives and compositions.

Thermalvice is a unique finishing material that combines the environmentally friendly composition and amazing physical and mechanical properties:

  • Size stability when exposed to adverse factors Environmental - temperatures and moisture (in contrast to raw wood, this figure is improving 10-15 times, reducing swelling risk in a humid environment is reduced to 90%).
  • Gigroscopicity.Wood moisture is reduced to 4-8 percent, which is significantly lower compared to the industrial dryer of the sawn timber in special chambers. The ability to absorb moisture at the thermal extension is reduced by 5-6 times. With a long stay in a wet environment and directly in water, the maximum humidity of the raw material does not exceed 9-10 percent, the natural drying occurs almost instantly.
  • Long service, Resistance to biological damage. The treatment of wood under high temperatures leads to the decomposition of polysaccharides, which, subject to the low humidity of the raw material, minimizes the risk of damage to microorganisms, mold and fungus.
  • High thermal conductivity.Thermalvice is an ideal material for finishing the bath and sauna, since its thermal insulation characteristics are 30 percent higher than that of natural wood.
  • High wood density Provides water repulsion without additional processing, the sawn timber does not absorb moisture from the air. Wood after heat treatment is resistant to mechanical exposure.
  • Environmental purity Absolute safety for the human body and the environment.
  • High fire safety. The hardness and density of thermally treated wood cause slow filling of raw materials.
  • Aesthetic appearance of the thermal extension. After thermal processing, the decorative properties of lumber are noticeably improved - the spectacular structure of the tree and the noble dark shade is manifested. The heat treatment gives even inexpensive wood rock formation of valuable breeds.

Thermalvice is widely used for interior and outdoor decoration of houses, baths and saunas. Due to the high strength, stability of sizes and stability to adverse external factors, the facade of thermally treated wood will not lose its original appearance even after a long time.

However, the high cost of lumber causes its economic inappropreciation to use as an internal decor (wall and floor decoration). Thermally treated wood is most in demand in the following areas: facades, terraces, open street venues, verandas, gazebos, fences, fences, decorative products (flooring, street furniture).

The only lack of sawn timber is high fragility. The heat cutting of the thermal extension should be carried out by a special tool with small cloths on high revs at a low billet feed. Failure to comply with the conditions and requirements of sawing leads to the fact that the workpiece bursts.

Technology production of thermal extension with their own hands

The modern technology of the production of thermal excuses involves a long exposure to high temperatures on harvesting deciduous and coniferous rocks. Basically uses such rocks like pine, oak and ash, in more rare cases - fir.

Under the influence of high temperatures, the structure and density of wood changes, as a result of which it becomes a hollow. Polysaccharides, resin, pulp, and sawn fibers are modified ("caramelizes") from the tree.

The manufacture of thermal extension in industrial environments and with their own hands is performed in three stages. On the first, a forced drying of the blanks is carried out for the maximum possible reduction of moisture. Duration of drying wood depends on the breed of the raw materials used and the size of the workpiece.

The production of thermal extension is carried out using several techniques:

  • Single-stage. Standard processing of lumber under the influence of a heated steam to 180-200 degrees.
  • Multistage.Wood processing with superheated ferry under pressure is carried out in several stages. This thermal extension manufacturing technology is mainly used for pre-dried raw materials. At the first stage of the workpiece are processed by a hot steam in a pressure chamber, on the second - additionally succumb.
  • Hot oil treatment. Billets of lumber are placed in a container with oil, after which they slowly heat. In the process of treatment, wood absorbs a small amount of oil, which increases its resistance to moisture.
  • Processing in the medium of inert gases. Processing of billets in nitrogen at high pressure and reduced oxygen content. This method allows you to get the thermal extension of the highest quality.

The production technology of thermally treated wood involves the impact on the preparation of the superheated steam at a temperature of from 150 to 240 degrees, which allows you to classify the finished thermal extension into three groups:

  • First grade. Processing of raw materials at a temperature of no more than 150 degrees, ready-made lumber has a slightly tinted shade and the lowest technical and operational characteristics;
  • Second class. Wood is processed by ferry at temperatures up to 210 degrees, lumber acquires high strength and hardness, resistance to rotting and decomposition. The shade of wood is obtained more saturated;
  • Third class. The highest class of thermally treated wood, after firing at a temperature of up to 240 degrees, the sawnater was obtained by the highest strength, hardness and resistance to adverse external factors.

Thermal processing of blanks is carried out in special closed cameras for 24 hours. Heated steam acts as a protective environment, it does not allow lumber combustion and actively participates in chemical reactions.

At the last stage of the manufacture of thermal extension with its own hands (hardening), the lumber is subjected to long-term cooling with constant control of the percentage of moisture in the wood (at 6-7 percent). Final processing wood does not require.

Thermodrevision, adequately proven himself as a modern trim of baths and a number of objects of our private and corporate clients, is ideal for the inner and outdoor lining of houses, saunas and baths, floors, including modular parquet, open terraces, patio, garden tracks and prubasis territories, Production of stairs, interior items, as well as garden furniture, elements of landscape design and fences.

To make the thermal extension more durable, we recommend that we necessarily cover the boards with the compositions that protect against the effects of sun rays.

Thermoderevo burns into the sun, and protective finish coatings are capable of not only to prevent it from exposure to the external environment, to make brighter, it is advantageous to emphasize the structure, but also to protect against the effects of ultraviolet.

Treatment increases wear resistance, reduces the possibility of cracks and revive the surface.

Please note that before installing street structures, the board should be covered with the selected composition from all sides, following the manufacturer's recommendations at a temperature not lower than + 16-18 degrees. Before starting work, it is recommended to clean the surface from dust and dirt.
