Then break the eggs into a separate bowl and mix with sour cream. Add herbs with garlic and mix again. Then we rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Then you can turn on the oven 180 degrees and lay out the casserole. It is better to cover the baking sheet with foil. It must be greased with vegetable oil.   • 150 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • sunflower oil
  • spices and herbs

An omelet can be cooked in about fifteen minutes. First you need to rinse and peel the mushrooms. Then we put them on a kitchen napkin to dry a little, and then we cut them. We heat a frying pan, pour a little oil, then fry the mushrooms a little, do not forget to stir. It is better to salt mushrooms or add spices right away. Then whisk lightly the eggs and milk, and add the mixture to the mushrooms. Cover the skillet with a lid, and after five minutes, turn the omelet over and fry for another three minutes. You can serve the omelet with a fresh vegetable salad. It is enough to cut cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. You can season the salad with olive oil.
