Advice. Sometimes I add fresh cucumber to Greek salad, so the salad turns out to be more juicy and vegetable! Instead of regular tomatoes, you can use small cherry tomatoes, just cut each in half. Try it, you will like it!

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes (preferably homemade) with bell pepper and shallot rings. Squeeze juice from lemon, combine with olive oil and season salad with this dressing.

Add the halved olives, diced cheese and lettuce leaves torn into small pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and you're done! It is better to eat salad right away 🙂

Recipe number 2 - Nicoise salad with vegetables, tuna and eggs

This delicious summer salad came to us from distant France, to be more precise, from sunny Provence. The recipe is simple and deliciously delicious. After Greek, Nicoise is my all-time favorite vegetable salad! Of course, in addition to vegetables, there is also canned tuna and eggs, so the dish turns out to be satisfying, although it does not contain extra calories.

Advice. Instead of chicken eggs, put quail eggs in the salad. This will make the taste more delicious!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 large bell pepper;
  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes;
  • a can of tuna in its own juice;
  • olive oil 3-4 tbsp spoons;
  • dry or fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
  • quail eggs 6-8 pieces;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

To begin with, we will boil quail eggs hard-boiled in salted water. Cool eggs. In a large salad bowl, cut the tomatoes into slices (you do not need to grind), sweet peppers into slices and lettuce leaves. Open the tuna, drain the liquid and add the fish, slightly crushed with a fork, to the salad.

Combine herbs with lemon juice, crushed garlic and sugar, add olive oil and leave for at least half an hour. Pour the prepared salad with spicy dressing. Bon Appetit!

Each person has their own preferences: someone does not want to cook salads with mayonnaise, others want to please loved ones with an exquisite dish, the rest of the mass wants to make something cheap, simple and tasty.

Red Riding Hood Salad

Delicious and unusual salad that will go well with other treats. The salad contains pomegranate and nuts, so true gourmets should appreciate this combination.


To make it easier to grind ingredients, in particular chicken and vegetables, I recommend boiling them first. For the finished dish, you need a large salad bowl. Let's move on to the ingredients and start cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Onion two heads
  • Carrot two root vegetables
  • Potato two tubers
  • Walnut 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate 0.5 pcs.
  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet 250 g
  • Hard cheese 80 g
  • Mayonnaise, salt to your taste

Preparation:

1.Prepare ingredients for further cooking. We cook vegetables and eggs. Next, peel the carrots and potatoes, and in the meantime, put the chicken fillet for cooking. If you wish, you can immediately peel the pomegranate and nuts.


2. Grind the potatoes, put them in a salad bowl.


3.Repeat in the same way with carrots.


4. Shred the onion. To remove bitterness, pour boiling water over it and send it to the total mass.


5. We cut the eggs, send them to the vegetables. To make a bubo, leave one yolk intact.


6. Grind chicken, put it in a salad bowl.


7. Grind the nuts in any way. You don't need to make crumbs, otherwise the nuts will get lost in the dish.


8. Our "hat" is ready. We mix all the ingredients.


9. In a semicircular salad bowl, tamp the salad tightly to form a hat. We carefully transfer it to a plate. It remains to decorate the hat.


10. Well coat with mayonnaise. It is important to cover the entire area.


11. Lay out the pomegranate over the entire surface and get a red cap.


12. Put the set aside yolk in the center, and we get a real "Little Red Riding Hood" with a bubo.


13. It remains to decorate the salad with grated cheese. We rub it and lay it out on a plate around the cap. Our food is prepared, you can serve it on the table!

Original salad "Birch"

This dish can often be found on the New Year's table. Everyone's favorite combination of meat and mushrooms in this version will be disguised as a birch. This is a very tasty and simple dish that you should definitely make for the New Year.


Ingredients:

  • Champignons 0.5 kg
  • Potatoes 3 tubers
  • Refined oil
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet 0.5 kg
  • Hard cheese 100 g
  • Prunes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt to your taste
  • Parsley

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken. While the fillet is cooling, we will cook vegetables and eggs.

2.Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.


3.Slightly pour over the pan with refined oil and fill with mushrooms.


4. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the stove and let the mushrooms cool.


5. Peel potatoes and eggs.


6. Finely chop the chicken fillet. Can be manually torn into fibers.



8.Add salt, smear with mayonnaise and tamp the mass tightly with a spoon.



10. Repeat the same steps with mushrooms.


11. Three eggs on a coarse grater. Cover the salad evenly and cover with cling film. "Birch" should be infused for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.


12. Hard cheese will serve as decoration. We rub it on a fine grater and distribute it throughout the dish. You don't need to press, it is important to get a fluffy top.


13. The last step remains - to give the masterpiece a real look of a birch tree. Cut into thin strips of prunes, lay them horizontally along the salad.

Fungus salad

New Year is the main holiday for most people, so there should be quite original and tasty dishes on the festive table. Today we will prepare a salad "Mushroom", the main components of which are vegetables and chicken. We will create a creative salad that all members of your family will surely enjoy.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 0.3 kg
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Carrots 2 pcs.
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise 100 g.
  • Green onion 15 g.
  • Pickled cucumber 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper to your taste

We will use poppy seeds, dill, olives and cherry tomatoes as decorations.

Preparation:

1.The first step is to prepare potatoes. Pour water into a container, fill it with washed unpeeled potatoes. The vegetable must be cooked for about half an hour from the moment it boils. After cooling completely, peel the skin and cut the potatoes into small cubes. We transfer to the dishes.


2. Finely chop the green onions, put on top of the potatoes.


3. Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes, throw it into the total mass.


4. Next, cook the eggs. From the moment of boiling, we keep in boiling water for 10 minutes, since we need them hard-boiled. As soon as they cool down, clean. Immediately set aside one yolk and 2 whites, we will need them to decorate the dish. Finely chop the remaining eggs and send them to a bowl.


5. Tear the chicken breast, or chop it. We put it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.


6. Boil the carrots until soft. This will take half an hour. Peel it cold and cut it into smaller pieces. We put aside 1 piece. for decoration.


7.Add salt and pepper. We fill with mayonnaise. If you have sour cream, you can use it. As a substitute for mayonnaise, however, in this case, the dish will turn out to be greasy.


8. Stir the salad until smooth.


9. Transfer the mass to the final plate and give the salad the shape of a mushroom.


10. Finely rub the yolk, it will be used for the bottom of the cap.


11. Do the same with squirrels, sprinkle the mushroom leg with them.


12. Put the grated carrots on the cap of the mushroom and get a real mushroom.


13. Now let's make the final salad dressing. Let's try to create ladybirds first. We use a tomato cut in half as a base. We make small mayonnaise dots. We cut the olive tree, it will be the head. Dill can be used for antennae. As a result, we have got a very tasty and unusual salad with a creative decoration.

The dream of any housewife is to make delicious and unusual food for the New Year's table. I don't want to cook banal things on this day, but there is no money for something special. Today's recipe will be a godsend for many: there are exclusively standard ingredients that we will try to turn into a real delicacy.


We will cook an appetizing appetizer of pepper and cheese. Homemade eggs, the yolks of which have a brighter color, will become a highlight in the recipe.

Do not delay cooking just before the guests arrive. The pepper should stand in the refrigerator for several hours, otherwise the snack will not cut well.

Ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper 4 pcs.
  • Chicken egg 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise two tablespoons
  • Green onion 15 g.
  • Garlic, a couple of cloves
  • Processed cheese 200 g.
  • Hard cheese 200 g.

Preparation:

1.First, boil the hard-boiled eggs. After cooling, clean and cut into small pieces.


2.Three both types of cheese on a small grater.


3.Wash the bell pepper and take out the seeds.


4.Add mayonnaise to a small bowl, mix with crushed garlic. Grind the onion feathers. Add to mayonnaise sauce along with cheese and grated eggs.


5. Stuff the walls of the pepper, leave a place in the center for a whole egg.


6. Put the egg inside, fill the empty part with cheese and mayonnaise sauce.


7. Put the finished pepper in the refrigerator for several hours.


8. Cut the pepper into small circles and serve.

Not a single festive table is complete without a snack. Today we are going to try to make an amazing shrimp paste dish. It is a versatile ingredient: you can eat it with bread, use it in stuffing, or make an appetizing snack out of it.


In our case, shrimp paste will be combined with fresh cucumbers. It is impossible to convey this delicate and fresh taste. Let's try to cook yummy together! The entire cooking process will take no more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber 1 pc.
  • Cottage cheese 65 g.
  • Frozen shrimps 0.2 kg.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 incomplete tsp


Preparation:

1. First you need to boil the shrimp. It is enough to darken them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then clean and combine with pepper, cheese and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.


2. Cut the cucumber as thin as possible into long slices.


3. Make rolls with filling. You can wind the cucumber around your finger, then season it with shrimp sauce. Or the second method: add the shrimp mixture to the edge of the cucumber slice and wrap in the form of a roll. To keep the components, we pierce them with a toothpick.


4. Lay out the finished rolls on a plate and serve.


5. The top of the dish can be decorated to your liking. Serving interesting shrimp rolls to the table.

Meatloaf with mushrooms

We prepare meat rolls for almost every meal. Today we will try to make a delicacy that will combine chicken and pork. It should be delicious!


Ingredients:

  • Pork 0.5 kg.
  • Chicken fillet 500 g.
  • Carrot two root vegetables
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Onion one large onion
  • Egg two pcs.
  • Champignons 300 g.
  • Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
  • Spinach bunch
  • Italian herbs
  • Pepper and salt to your taste

Preparation:

1. Boil the carrots, peel and cut into small pieces.

2. Grind chicken and pork separately, we get 2 types of minced meat. Mix each with finely chopped onions and raw eggs. Add salt and pepper. Suppressed chive can be added to the pork.


3. Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown.


4.Wash the mushrooms, finely chop and simmer a little with onions in a pan. The main goal is not to fry them, but to remove excess water.


5. Cut the sweet pepper lengthwise into bars.

6. Spinach in a frozen state is thrown into salt water and cooked for 5 minutes.


7. Let the champignons and spinach cool.

8. We lay out the cling film, put 2 sheets of large-sized foil on top with an overlap. Place the minced pork on the surface, then put sweet pepper on one side of the foil, and spinach on the other. Do not forget to add salt.


9. On top of all the components, lay out the minced chicken. The next layer will be mushrooms, then carrots. We cover only half of the entire area with it.


10. Twist the foil, make something like candy.


11.We send to the oven for 1 hour. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.

12.After the end of cooking, smear the top with an egg and simmer in the oven for another 10 minutes.


13. The appetizing roll is prepared.

  • Hard cheese 50 g.
  • Several slices of ham
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic one clove
  • Cherry tomato 10 pcs.
  • Green onions 1 bunch

Preparation:

1.First, cook hard-boiled eggs. Clean when cold.

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese 50 g.
  • Salami 10 slices.
  • Garlic, a couple of cloves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill a couple of twigs
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Prunes 10 pcs.

Preparation:

1.The salami must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that the slices are as soft as possible.


2. Soak prunes in hot water. Mine and let dry.


3.In a bowl, three hard cheese. We also send chopped prunes and crushed garlic with dill there.

We will try to make a real culinary masterpiece for the New Year's table out of simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Olives 10 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Large chips 20 pcs.
  • Crab sticks 100 g.
  • Tomato 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese 100 g.
  • Fresh dill

Preparation:

1.First of all, rub the cheese.

2. Grind crab sticks into small cubes, add to the cheese. We repeat in the same way with tomatoes and herbs.

It is important to cut all the components as small as possible, otherwise the filling on the chips will not look so appetizing.
