I want to note the polite attitude of the measurers, there was no foul language on their part, quite competent people. They delivered everything to me in a day, though they finished it already when it started to get dark, but I checked everything in the morning - they did it well. They answer that the expert was on vacation and only "today" submitted all claims for consideration, tomorrow, Thursday, the results will be known. On Thursday, the results remained unknown. On Friday too. Yesterday, on Monday, they said on the phone that I would call later ... Today they found out the order number and said that they would definitely call me themselves. The day has passed. Silence. What's next? The glass is badly scratched. 10 scratches in a stripe, quite wide. They take time, they are not going to change. We are now talking about installation!” To my pathetic objections that I’ve been lying for a month, that they’ll take the broken glass, one or two people come, but they don’t take it, the glass has been standing on the stairwell for a month and the manager of the house is constantly scolding me and therefore I no longer believe that someday they would actually take him away, received an answer, something like that this is not my sadness at all.
