According to the contract, they had to deliver the windows within one month, and before delivery, I had to pay the full cost of the windows and their installation. As a result, we received the windows without delay, and began to wait for the installers who were supposed to arrive within a few days, but they arrived to us after 10 days. I will not describe all the hassle, I will tell you the result. The installation was divided into two stages at my request, the first time they put all the windows in the second window sills and ebbs. After the last visit of the installer Alexei, I had such a picture, without exception, the window sills became a semicircle, one of them was broken, the ebbs were scratched, mosquito net not installed. After my appeals and complaints to the Expert-window company, two months later, the head of the installers arrived and assured that as soon as it got warmer (it was already January), they would come and fix everything. And in one of the regular calls I heard such news, the installers who installed the windows for me were fired and no one could help me with correcting their mistakes. Of course, I didn’t understand where the installers are here, although they are armless, but I concluded an agreement with the company. After that, they sent a claim from me to which they calmly responded, since this is the norm for them, and when I brought the claim in front of me there was a woman with the same paper. No movement followed, as a result, all the ebbs had to be changed to buy a window sill myself, now I’m thinking what to do with the double-glazed windows themselves, which led and skewed over the summer, called other craftsmen and received an answer that this was a wrong installation and you need to reinstall all the windows for good!
Wrong installation, which lasted two days, for which I paid 25,000 rubles, and which grew into more than one year of corrections!
