Working hours do not like who to contact. Don't like the new job. Reasons for bad mood

Don't like it at all new job? Ask yourself: “What to do?”. - Look for another! Don't "hold on" to the good wages if you don't enjoy what you're doing.

By the way…. Maybe you do not like the work itself, but the finances that pay for it? Talk about a raise with your boss or subtly hint that you are not satisfied with the salary. A smart and good boss will understand everything and make concessions if he considers you an excellent employee.

"Changed" life will have positive influence to your new (unloved) job. Completely change your image, smile more often, be nice to management representatives. See how comfortable you are!

  • Pay no attention to any difficulties

Trust that you can handle them. Handle problems carefully and with humor. Then everything will definitely work out for you! If there is no love for work, you will at least begin to feel sympathy for it.

  • Look for the positives in your work

Do not be surprised if you find a very large number of "pluses". They will help you find meaning in a job you hate! Your life will improve so quickly that you won't even notice.

  • Turn off all your workaholism

This action is necessary so that you have free time for entertainment and travel. You don't have to give yourself up to work for everything to be good, believe me!

  • Build a sea of plans!

It will be great if this sea is included in your plans. Dream, dream, dream. Then you will not have the desire to be sad about "dissatisfaction" with work. You should think (at your leisure) about the "problem" seriously. Perhaps you are not satisfied with the position, team or workplace. Change the unpleasant “factor” so that you do not have to change jobs in vain.

  • Change of workplace environment

Make at least a slight but noticeable rearrangement near your workplace. Buy something new for your office or desk. Your eyes should feel the coming change! Your gaze will be "delighted" as soon as it sees that everything is already different.

  • It will be great if you make friends with someone

Having friendly support is a huge plus. Work will be easier and more interesting. Try not to be late for work so that everything goes in your favor. Earn a brilliant opinion about your person!

  • Fall in love!

You won't think about how much you hate your job. Thoughts will be occupied with "the conqueror of your heart." Let romance solve all your problems and let you look at the world with different eyes!

  • get married

How do these two concepts ("marriage" and "work") fit together? If you are the wife of a loved one, you will become much happier, and any work will bring you joy and satisfaction.

Looking for another job

If you still decide to "get rid" of work, then do it not immediately. You need time to find another suitable place and not sit without financial reserves during the search. Compile a resume, check it and send it to various (all kinds of) sites. Try to check the box every day. Very soon you will find a lot of offers in it.

Here comes the moment when you will have big choice vacancies. The only "minus" is that you have to choose the time after work and go to various interviews.

It happens that a person finds “the job of his dreams”, and then realizes that he made a mistake in choosing. Then you will have to “hang” at the chosen job for at least a couple of months in order to get at least a decent entry in the work book.

Very good option- a combination of favorite and unloved work. One of them can be official, and the second - as a part-time job. It will be hard. But if you are confident in your abilities, then you can overcome everything.

Take a mini-vacation at your own expense. You have to spend some time outside of work! Imagine that you were banned from work altogether. Take advantage of this "prohibition". Take a break, "break off" at your pleasure.

Story about my choice of work

When I didn't like my new job. Here's how I did it...

I also had a difficult period in my life. I faced the same difficult situation. Immediately after the institute, she got a job at a school (a teacher of elementary grades). I hated my salary, but the work itself gave me an "indescribable buzz." Then I got married. I had to urgently change jobs, as my husband earned very little.

I got a job not in my specialty (in a store). The first thing I didn't like about my new job was the team. Everyone envied me with "black" envy. They couldn't hide the feeling. I had a cool figure, I looked ten years younger than my age, I managed to fall in love with all the men (who worked with us) ....

When the girls found out that I was married .... The real hell has begun! They constantly did some dirty tricks so that they called me more and more often to the director, discussed me behind my back. It is very insulting and unpleasant to hear a terrible lie about yourself.

I could not stand such a "heat of passions." Gone. I didn't want to get big money anymore. I was ready to run back (to school). Unfortunately, my story didn't end. good tales. For about three years I did not work at all. I realized and understood that we need money. However, I had some kind of "stupor", I was seized by a state of wild depression. For a while, it seemed like I would never go out to any other new job.

Thanks to my beloved wife, I was able to pull myself together. He found a great way out. We opened an individual entrepreneur and started selling various beautiful things. I felt like a real person! How nice it was that the world needed me! How glad I was that no one envies me.

A year later, I got a job, leaving our business to my husband. Everything went like clockwork. We were able to buy everything we needed. Then we thought about the child. We have a beautiful and healthy baby. Becoming parents, we realized that children are the greatest happiness! And money is just the necessary pieces of paper for a normal life.

I want everyone to start a family. Because only family and relatives replace any wealth for a person. Unless, of course, a person is able to appreciate human happiness.

Do you know what is. . .

Do not miss -

Take a break -

Surely, everyone is familiar with the situation when the daily routine is so annoying that more and more thoughts about cardinal changes in life appear. And first of all, it concerns the disgusting place of work, which is perceived as hard labor. Many perceive this as a duty that has to be performed only because of money, which leads to constant stress and professional burnout. Maybe some tips will help you to do correct solution and improve the situation:

  • The first step is a gap analysis. Think about what annoys you the most about it - unpleasant colleagues, annoying customers or paperwork? This understanding will decisive moment on the way to change.
  • In this case, a constructive and maximally reasoned dialogue with the management is necessary, because it is the conversation that can help get rid of shortcomings in your work. During the conversation, try not to blame anyone and be ready to accept new powers and responsibilities.
  • Try to change the approach to the problems that arise in the process of work, perceive them as a kind of challenge. Criticism from superiors and misunderstanding with colleagues sometimes becomes a powerful incentive, an opportunity to improve oneself and look for new areas of activity.
  • Do something interesting or find a hobby in your free time, favourite hobby will be an outlet and help relieve stress.
  • A good alternative would be physical exercise and sports, which not only distract from negative thoughts, but also bring the spirit and body into good shape, give positive charge energy.
  • Pay attention to the people around you. If colleagues constantly express dissatisfaction with the amount of work and low salary, the general mood will involuntarily be transmitted to you. Do not let yourself be influenced, do not agree to fulfill other people's duties and assignments.
  • Think about the pleasant moments associated with the current place of work - good experience, decent salary, invaluable knowledge.

Career prospects, understanding colleagues, excellent salary, convenient location - you do not have a job, but a dream. But as soon as you enter the office, the mood plummets. What could be wrong?
The color of the walls, the proximity of colleagues, the noise level, the size of the office - all these seemingly imperceptible nuances can affect the level of professionalism and even lead to neurosis, psychologists say. Let's try to figure out what is important for us in the workspace and why these little things are so important.

BETTER IN CHOIR?

Alena (30) lasted only two weeks at her new job. The fact is that she had to work in a huge open space, where about a hundred people were sitting at the same time. Accustomed to offices designed for four or five employees, the girl experienced a real panic in a new place. “Neighbors were constantly shouting, stealing stationery from my table,” she recalls. - To hold a meeting, I had to sign up for a meeting room, and for important calls, I even went outside. One day I came back and found a puddle of coffee on my table - my colleagues never admitted who did it. As a result, Alena quit and now she always checks with employers the conditions in which she is offered to work.

Candidate of Psychological Sciences, business coach Lyudmila Gorodnicheva explains: the perception of space depends on the energy that people fill it with. “Everyone brings their own mood to the office microworld, creates a similar environment around them. The more people with negative energy, the harder it will be in it,” she said.

But a lot depends on the type of person. “People perceive reality differently: extroverts are focused on capturing territory, a constant influx of information, so for them open spacethe best option. They can observe their colleagues, communicate, and this only increases their efficiency,” says Elizaveta Levina, a consultant psychologist. - Introverts, on the contrary, receive information from within, therefore they are focused on their own, internal, space and protecting it from external encroachments. The workplace for them is part of this territory, as well as tools and personal belongings.

If a person is uncomfortable in an open space, care must be taken to ensure that he can control the zone from where the potential "danger" comes from. Talk, for example, with your closest colleagues: perhaps they will help create more comfortable conditions. Explain the reasons for the discomfort, say that the change will positively affect the work, contribute to greater productivity.

ENEMY BEHIND

Katerina (26) breathed a sigh of relief when the tables in her office were rearranged. Before that, the girl was sitting right in front of the workplace of the creative director. “It seemed to me that he literally breathes me
in the back. It was very uncomfortable,” she says.

Psychologists support Katerina: the presence of someone behind our back turns on self-defense mechanisms in us, this “someone” is initially perceived as an enemy. “A man behind his back means danger. Even if this is your girlfriend, there will be tension, although not strong. It's in our genetic memory. If a leader or someone with an evaluation function sits behind him, this can lead to neurosis, ”says Lyudmila Gorodnicheva.

The back is an area that is technically more difficult for us to control, so it is especially important that it be “covered”. It is bad if the table is with its back to the door. A study conducted at the University of Michigan showed that men in leadership positions are not able to maintain a position with their backs to the door for a long time and are ready to rearrange furniture even in a meeting room. Anna Dadeko, director of the Tochka Otschata Career Counseling Center, believes that emotionally the door can be perceived as a source of potential danger: “When a person sees the entrance to the premises, there is a feeling that he controls the threat.”

The best solution- really rearrange the tables or separate the workplace with a partition, since the object behind your back will always cause stress and distract some of the attention.

MUSICAL PAUSE

But there are times when partitions do not help. For example, if colleagues make noise or turn on music, as happens in the creative agency where Liana works (25). “We have a small cheerful team, everyone is creative and sociable,” says the girl. - There is no strict schedule - the main thing is that the work is done. But it can be difficult to focus on it: pop music is constantly playing in the office. In this way, management wants to demonstrate an informal approach to customers and motivate employees.” But as a result of such musical accompaniment of the workflow, problems often arise. Liana admits that from time to time she just sits and listens to songs, forgetting about the matter. Lyudmila Gorodnicheva considers such methods of motivation to be a manifestation of selfishness on the part of management. “When this kind of music is played, perception is dispersed. If it is turned on at all, it should be neutral and quiet - for example, classical or light jazz, ”the specialist believes.

American music therapist Kimberly Cena Moore has reviewed all the research on the impact of music on productivity over the past fifty years. The results were quite inconsistent: musical accompaniment helped those who perform repetitive monotonous actions at work, did not affect those who work with people, and interfered with those who were engaged in calculations or creativity. Based on these studies and her own experience, the therapist concluded: music for work can be light, quiet, without words, with obligatory breaks in sound. “The creative process is spontaneous, diverse, it has a very complex rhythm, different phases. Musical accompaniment creates an external rhythm that may not coincide with the internal rhythm of a person, and the creative process simply breaks down, ”says Elizaveta Levina. Therefore, in Liana's office, half of the employees work in headphones.

But in addition to dividing into introverts and extroverts, psychologists classify us into visuals, auditory, digital and kinesthetic - according to the leading channels of information perception. Some perceive information better visually, others - by ear, others - in a logical way, and others - through touch. Naturally, we react more sharply to the aggressiveness of information in each of our key areas. For example, auditory people painfully perceive "extra" sounds. It is difficult for such people to be in noisy rooms and it is difficult to concentrate when there are several sources of sound. Anna Dadeko recommends using headphones in this case, which will sound an individual selection of background music that does not cause discomfort.

BATTLE AT THE BORDER

Inna (27) regularly clashes with colleagues. The reason for the quarrels was the desktop - common for the girl and three other employees. Or rather, the cleanliness of this table. Inna keeps her place in perfect order. “It helps me focus on work and not be distracted by anything,” she says. - But sometimes leaflets, folders get to me from the places of colleagues ...

I consider this a cause for conflict - I hate the mess. Employees, according to the girl, consider her unbalanced and too principled.

“We are talking about building borders: if it seems that your territory is being attacked, you need to find out this situation,” Elizaveta Levina believes. Another thing is that this should be done in a calm manner, in the least conflicting way. But one can only “fight” for one’s own territory – Inna’s reputation as an excessively principled person was created because she not only defends borders, but also teaches her colleagues how they should exist within their own borders. This cannot but cause them discomfort. However, Lyudmila Gorodnicheva considers such behavior to be quite appropriate for the situation - after all, the “fight” is for personal space. Close people can approach us at a distance of 30-40 cm, those with whom we just met - no closer than a meter. And for colleagues, it is important that a protective distance of 70–80 cm is maintained. If it is not enough, a feeling of discomfort appears and, as a result, aggression occurs. In this case, such offensive activity is the result of hopelessness, the inability to cope with the violation of borders in a different way. When a conflict arises, the opposing sides try to interact as little as possible with each other - thus personal boundaries are not violated. But if you do not seek to toughen relations with colleagues, but prefer to coexist peacefully with them, use such a tried and tested tool as humor. Put conditional comic boundaries between your territories: for example, funny signs “Private property” or “Do not disturb from 10 to 18”.

BAD IF GOOD

Researchers at the University of California at Berkeley conducted an extensive study,
during which we studied everything that affects us inside an office building. The conclusions seem surprising and obvious at the same time: the most important for us are basic household needs. Clean bathrooms, parking space, well-organized meals, cleanliness of the room, a place where you can relax and recover, nice design of furniture and the office space itself. The attention of the employer to these positions is enough to significantly reduce the level of stress in the office. But the owner of the premises creates everyday comfort, and each person contributes what he lacks for a feeling of happiness. We create the space around ourselves and are responsible for how comfortable it will be for us.

True, experts believe that sometimes problems with perception working area simply impossible to avoid. The fact is that of the many factors that concern us when looking for a job, the office does not occupy the most significant position, so later this topic can become problematic. To put it simply, you can't foresee everything at once, and if the other conditions are fully satisfied, the chances that the workspace will raise questions increase. The arrangement of tables, the distance from colleagues, the cold from air conditioners become so important factors precisely because everything else is quite in line with our expectations. A person tends to notice rather what annoys, something that satisfies. So, it makes sense to still focus on the pluses that work gives us - especially if it is not in our power to significantly change something.

color therapy

The psychological climate in the team is significantly affected by the color scheme of the office space.

If the office is located on the sunny side, it is advisable to arrange it in cold light colors. If the windows of the room are on the shady side, warm shades should be added to the interior.

A room painted in any pure, saturated color acts depressingly. For employees who are intensively engaged in mental work, the coloring of walls and furniture should help to focus and not tire the eyes. Soothing, but not monotonous colors are suitable: green, gray.

Aggressive colors in interior items (for example, red phones and pens) can cause irritability for no reason.

Feeling at home

The most progressive scheme for building corporate interiors is the home office style (“domesticated office”). It is characterized by the maximum approximation of the working environment to home. This is achieved through the selection of furniture in warm colors and soft shapes, soothing finishes for the eye. The design often includes a mini-kitchen for each employee, the required number of drawers for his personal belongings, shelves for family photos and flowers. Thus, the atmosphere of the workplace is humanized, becomes more friendly to a person, helping to reduce stress or avoid it altogether.

TEXT: Lana Volokhova

It so happened in my life that, having left with previous work I have been looking for a new one for a very long time. 7.5 months have passed since the announcement of the decision to leave before entering a new place. How I looked for a job and what I took into account when choosing is a separate question. The important thing is that I work in middle-management positions in the IT field, so I didn’t rush to any job and chose the best of what was. I must say, in the end, and the only thing. Having worked quite a bit at the moment, I wondered if I had chosen in the end what I wanted? Answer: no! I am not satisfied with everything in my work! What is wrong? What are the reasons for my incomplete satisfaction?

1. Lost sense of significance

I must say that life forced me to start a career actually anew. I went to the position of an ordinary project manager, with promises, in case of success, further growth and advancement. So the first thing that hit me was a sense of significance. I do not consider myself a selfish person, however, the feeling of Ego is in everyone. For me, this is precisely a sense of significance, and not pride, although, of course, they are strongly connected. The sense of significance depends on the scale of the tasks being solved. An important component of the scale is whether the tasks being solved affect the execution of the company's strategy or at least your division. Here my reality faced hard losses. I manage ordinary project as part of a large product, on which dozens of projects are running simultaneously.

2. Narrowed functionality

The second thing that makes me dissatisfied is the functionality. Basically, my functions as a leader have always been the same - to achieve results from people in your linear and matrix subordination. And here I clearly realized that linear subordination is more important for me than matrix subordination, and the project manager has people only in matrix subordination.

3. Independence in managing priorities has disappeared

Break number three. Manage your own priorities. The higher the level of leadership, the more opportunity manage them. The lower, the greater the dependence on the tasks of the authorities, although we all have a boss. Working at high-level positions, you get a task at the top level, decompose it, then distribute it among people and control it. As a project manager, you mainly receive tasks and implement the will of the project (the will of the boss). Perhaps I am exaggerating, and now they will tell me that the project manager has complete freedom of will, the main thing is to achieve the goal of the project and solve project tasks. Everything is so and not so. I'm only talking about my own difference in feelings between the position of middle-manager and project-manager. Everything is relative.

The second dependency in priority management is timing: the lower the position level, the less flexibility in timing. Of course, at the same time, we mean in a person a complete sense of responsibility for their results, regardless of the level of position.

4. The feeling of freedom has disappeared

Factor four. Ease or ease in work. I can already hear your voices - snickering! There is no ease or tension in any work, everywhere you have to work for the result! That's right, the main thing here is your attitude to it, but flexibility is also needed. When you are a high-level boss, you have a lot of free will, if you want - you do it, if you want - you postpone it. This is clearly less in RP, although flexibility is present.

But is everything as bad as I draw?! And more important question How to live harmoniously with this?! Do not fight, do not exist, but live harmoniously! Your inner always determines the outer. The world is what you make it for yourself! The recipes are:

  • To feel your importance, achieve your goals. Get the results you want at work. And people will respect you! And through respect you gain significance! Of course, ideally, the feeling of significance should be completely removed, because this is just one of the manifestations of your ego. You shouldn't depend on someone else's judgment, you shouldn't judge others, and you shouldn't even judge yourself. Analyze - yes, but do not evaluate! But this is the highest Zen, the path to it is a separate topic for conversation. So, just do it, without thinking, good or bad, just do it! And the results will come. And with them respect and a sense of significance.
  • Functional. You are not a sewer operator, is this good news? Of course, joyful! You are not a janitor! Also good! Yes, you are an employee and must do what you are told. So do it with interest! Show sincere interest in everything you want! Be interested, understand, understand! And the functionality will not be very important to you. You will see your development, your progress in learning something new, in the knowledge gained. And also in the new skills you get! And from the feeling of progress inside you there is also an interest in work, which allows you to treat your functions as something that is simply given to you, as your current reality, and enjoy it. Rejoice in what you have been given! Regret for what you don't have is a dead end that only leads to your mental suffering. Do you want to be happy? Of course you do! So treat what is given to you with interest, rejoice and enjoy. And if a task is not interesting, just do it and move on to the next one. Without hesitation!
  • Managing your own priorities and tasks. The recipe is similar. Thank the universe for everything that happens! The universe has given you the opportunity to meet new people, get acquainted! You got the opportunity to study MS Project in detail, so use it! These are opportunities that you have the right to use for yourself in the future. This is your asset! Accept any variant of events that occurs. Even if the events seem unfavorable to you, this is your lesson. It is difficult to learn through positivity, sometimes you need a kick in the ass to learn a lesson. And it’s not your boss who actually asks you, but you yourself: did I do what I need in this life or just flush it down the toilet? The choice is yours!
  • Lightness and tension. I will disappoint you, of course, lightness and ease are a myth! External lightness and ease! No one just pays money for nothing! But your inner lightness and ease is a reality that you yourself can form for yourself or not. Classic cocktail recipe: Treat work like play. Play it, don't perform it. Not in the sense of fictitious results, but in the sense of the approach. Are you interested in winning the game? Are you passionate? Act like in a game, be interested, get carried away and win. And even if you temporarily lose, it's just a game. And there is no disaster! There is, of course, a recipe for professionals, but a difficult one for a few. Be an observer. Not in the sense of doing nothing, and not associating yourself with failures and with success too! What is an observer? Imagine you are driving in a traffic jam, long, dreary, everything irritates, infuriates. Did you feel? And now you're flying a plane over a traffic jam, and it seems to you distant, peaceful and insignificant. The same event, but completely different attitude to him. Similarly: there is a role that you play at work, and there is you who. You are simply passionate as a spectator, regardless of the outcome of the game.

Of course, there may be more factors that do not suit you in your work, they may be completely different. I analyzed only my condition, only my factors, and I hope you will find useful feedback on them and recipes on how to work with them. There are many positive aspects in my work: I am satisfied with the money I receive, I got what I wanted; a sane, reasonable boss who has a lot to learn from; the opportunity to build a career; Energetic young team with whom it is pleasant to communicate; cool office and more. I am happy with what I have, I live in the present, I hope for the best that a career will develop in a new place, money will grow, I will feel my own significance ... At the same time, I am ready for the fact that the outcome of the game can be anything, I always have the right to change it or play.

Be happy with what you have, strive for the best, but always be prepared for any eventuality, accept it with gratitude!

Interestingly, is it only in Russian that the word “work” is formed from the word “slave”, and the word “dismissal” from the word “freedom”?

Why do we go to work? You may have asked yourself this question more than once. Why do you have to do what you don't want to? Why can't you do what you want? How to make sure that work brings both prosperity and joy, and does not take up all your free time? Man is born for creativity and creation of endless love and happiness. But the social environment, by its influence, creates such confusion in his mind that he ceases to distinguish work from conscious creativity and creation.

The word “work” contains the root “slave”, and work implies that a person does not create and create, but sells himself into slavery for a certain time. Therefore, no matter how good working conditions are, the worker will never miss the opportunity to express his dissatisfaction with his employer and work in general.

Many are sure that work is necessary for material security. But over the past century, mankind has automated and mechanized production, learned how to use energy natural resources, mastered the energy of the atom, created artificial intelligence and much more. With such an increase in opportunities, an enormous amount of time and labor resources would have to be released, and a person would have to spend on the work necessary for life support, not more than an hour in a day. But for some reason, the working day remained eight-hour.

It begs a lot of questions. Why do we spend so much time at work? Who do we work for the other seven hours? Why, instead of creating and creating our own life, do we sell our own labor? Why don't we build our lives in such a way as to be free and not work for someone else? Why do we sell our free time ourselves by making a deal, and then expressing dissatisfaction that work takes all the time, forces and we are not paid enough? And what will we do if there is free time with this way of thinking? - Watch TV, play computer, go shopping, clubs and look for entertainment?

The reason for all these questions lies in the fact that many people do not want to take responsibility for their lives, shifting it to someone who willingly "helps" them in this. This leads to the fact that instead of creating and creating their own life, people sell their labor and ensure their existence. The lives of such people fit into a simple circuit: to be born, get an education, find a prestigious job, buy a house, a car, a dacha, give birth and raise children, sometimes go on vacation, grow old and die. It remains to be wondered how they manage not to go crazy in such an "exciting" pastime, which is difficult to call life, although people call it that.

Think about it: a person spends an average of 9 hours a day on work, including a lunch break, 2-3 hours on the way to work, 2 hours on various fees and putting himself in order after work. And if we add housework, it turns out that a person does not have time not only for development and training, but also for normal sleep. So for a whole week people are spinning like a squirrel in a wheel, and on weekends they make devastating raids on shops like the Mongol-Tatars on Ancient Russia.

The word "work" according to the Complete Church Slavonic Dictionary, 30,000 words, compiler Priest Master Grigory Dyachenko, 1899

From this vicious circle there is two exits. The first is to quit everything, which for many is almost impossible. The second is to make your work conscious, turn it into joy and creation, become a master of your craft, work without stress for your own pleasure and receive enough income to live in abundance and not worry about the future.
Each of you can become a master - the owner and creator of your life. To become a master, you need to learn and consciously apply the knowledge gained in the work. Find a job you like, master it to perfection, and work will bring you only joy and satisfaction. Mastery gives a person the opportunity to control his working time in accordance with the state of mind and preferred lifestyle. In other words, "we work as much as we want, where and when we want."

What to do if you don't like the job?

Do you know the true motivation that makes you sell your work and almost all your free time?

Adhering to existing beliefs, rules and norms of behavior in society, unconsciously identifying with generally accepted stereotypes, you begin to accept them as a guide in life. One of these stereotypes is the idea that a person must earn a lot in order to spend the earned and accumulated money later.

The social environment creates the belief that the more money there is, the more pleasure you can get. But to provide a person with the necessary things, one does not need so much money, and it takes much less than he earns. average person. A person is able to receive true pleasure from life itself and all its manifestations. And the “pleasures” that society produces and offers are invented and destructive. Creating the illusion of joy, well-being, fulfillment of desires, they fetter a person like shackles and lead him to hard labor, forcing him to work all his free time.

Please note that most of the goods and services imposed on you by the method of influencing your subconscious through the media are not vital. All this is needed only in order to fulfill your desires or provide pleasure for a certain fee.

Take, for example, a vacation at sea. The rest itself is quite inexpensive, but at the same time society imposes on you a service that is not needed at all in order to sunbathe in the sun and swim in the sea. And thinking that you are paying for a vacation at sea, you are paying for this service the money for which many of you are forced to work every day from morning to evening. And how much do you have to work for a waiter in a restaurant to serve you? And this trend is manifested in everything: in food, in clothes, in everyday life.

What makes you live such a life? Is it the conviction that you are no worse than others? Is this your belief? And isn't this belief itself a social ploy?

The very belief “I am worse than others” may mean striving to be better. But if you rent an expensive hotel, drive an expensive car, drink expensive wine, does that make you any better? And then the society did its best, creating the belief that all the most expensive things are for the best. But is it possible to become better than you are?

You already are and cannot be better or worse. The desire to become better, to live better is an internal hidden belief that you are worse, which is an idea imposed on you by society so that you really believe in it and strive to earn more. But it's a trap! After all, you are already the way you are, and from the fact that you earn more and acquire more goods and services, you will not be able to become better.

In order not to fall into such traps, do not take other people's beliefs for granted, do not believe what is happening in your identified mind. Trust only your inner emotional guide. Watch carefully what is happening around you, what is happening in you. Distinguish the present - that which is happening here and now, from the invented, created by your imagination from the ideas and beliefs that society so kindly provides you with in unlimited quantities, inviting you to a tempting land of wish fulfillment only to make you work from morning to evenings.
