6. Italian crostini.

Ingredients
· Half a baguette
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 4 slices bacon
· 1/3 cup mayonnaise
· 1/4 cup Salsa
· 1/4 cup chili sauce
· Cheese
· Arugula
· Tomato

· Black pepper

Preparation
1. Cut the baguette. We should have 8 slices.
2. Heat a frying pan, pour olive oil into it, fry the bread and pepper.
3. In a mug, mix mayonnaise, salsa sauce and chili.
4.Spread the mixture on the bread slices.
5. Grate cheese and sprinkle sandwiches on top.
6. Now fry the bacon.
7. Cut the bacon in half and place it on slices. The cheese will melt a little. This is what we need. Place arugula on top.
8. Then put chopped tomatoes and cilantro on top.

7. Hot sandwiches with cheese.


· White bread - 400 gr.
· Fresh-cooked sausage – 150 gr. (any kind can be used)
· Cheese - 100 gr.
· Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. spoons.
· Pickled gherkins - 7 pcs.
· Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
· Parsley.
· Eggs -2 pcs.

To make sandwiches, you can use any sausage, ham, etc. of your choice. First, cut the bread into small pieces; for example, I used a whole loaf for sandwiches.
Now cut the sausage into cubes.
We also cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
We remove the seeds from the bell pepper and also cut it into small cubes.
After that, chop the greens.
We send all the chopped products into one container, add them raw eggs and mix.
Next, grease the baking sheet with oil.
Place white bread on a baking sheet and grease with mayonnaise.
Place the prepared filling on top of the mayonnaise.
All that remains is to grate the cheese on a medium grater.
And sprinkle it on top of our sandwiches.
Now bake the sandwiches in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese crust is golden brown.
All our hot cheese sandwiches are ready. And for those who like it a little spicier, you can sprinkle the sandwiches with ground black pepper.

8. Sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese.



Excellent-tasting hot sandwiches with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese are sure to become your family's favorite. After all, they cook in only 5-7 minutes, very easily and very quickly, which is so valued in our time. It’s also important that it’s not expensive at all and doesn’t require much experience.

Ingredients:

· 1 baguette
· 3 cloves of garlic
· 200 gr fresh mushrooms
· 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
· 200 g mozzarella cheese
· Spices as desired
· Salt pepper

Place the oven on the grill. Cut the baguette crosswise, place it on a sheet and put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry until golden color finely chopped garlic. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper.

Place mushrooms on a toasted baguette and top with a few pieces of mozzarella cheese. You can put it in the microwave to melt the cheese, or you can put it in a preheated oven, which is what I did. The cheese has browned a little. Sprinkle with your favorite spices.

The sandwiches turn out juicy, fragrant, crispy and very tasty.

9. Hot sandwiches in a hurry.



What could be better when unexpected guests arrive than hot sandwiches in a hurry. You can, of course, make cold ones, but for example hot sandwiches with minced meat or ham or tomatoes or... Well, I won’t bore you. Here are a couple of recipes that will help you out in difficult times.

So, of course, you can quickly fry the meat, but still, in addition to other snacks, pickles and preserves, your guests will probably enjoy quick hot sandwiches:

Hot sandwich with minced meat.



We do the proportions by eye, and the quantity depends entirely on the number of your guests.

We will need:

· bread,
· ground meat,
· butter,
· mayonnaise,
· garlic,
salted or pickled cucumber,
· greenery,

Preparation:

Slice the bread and spread a thin layer of butter on top. Spread a layer of butter on top minced meat(seasoned with salt and pepper to taste). Three garlic on a fine grater or you can squeeze it through a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise. We also spread this mixture on top of the minced meat.

Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200C for 10 - 15 minutes. Decorate the finished sandwich with slices of pickled cucumber and sprigs of herbs. You can bake hot sandwiches in the microwave, which will take even less time to prepare.

  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs
  • sprats - 1 jar
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.

  • parsley and dill.

Cooking method:

1. First of all, prepare all the necessary products, after which we cut large slices of bread diagonally into two parts and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil on both sides.


Peel the garlic clove, squeeze it into the mayonnaise and mix and brush the croutons with it.


Then grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater and carefully place them on each piece.


Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, cut them in half and place one piece on top of the croutons.


All that remains is to lay out one sprat at a time and decorate with a sprig of dill on top.


The first version of sandwiches is ready.

2. For the second option, we need, just like in the first, to grease the fried bread with a mayonnaise-garlic mixture, and put one slice of diagonally chopped pickled cucumber on top.


Place one sprat next to the cucumber and decorate with a sprig of parsley.


Now take a large flat dish, cover it with green lettuce leaves and carefully arrange the finished sandwiches in a circle.

Recipe for sandwiches with red caviar and salmon (fish)


Ingredients:

  • Toast bread - 5 slices
  • butter - 1 pack
  • lightly salted salmon fillet – 200 g
  • Red caviar
  • lemon - 1 pc.

Cooking method:

Place the butter in a deep bowl and let it soften, then use a fork to knead it and add the finely grated zest and two tablespoons of lemon juice.


Cut each slice of bread diagonally and brush lemon oil and lay out the chopped salmon into thin slices.


Place the sandwiches on a plate, carefully spread red caviar on top and garnish with parsley leaves.


This is what we got, very bright, tasty and appetizing.

Original canapés on skewers with Penguin cheese


Ingredients:

  • Large pitted olives – 10 pcs.
  • small pitted olives - 10 pcs.
  • cream cheese - 30 gr
  • medium carrots - 1 pc.
  • skewers or toothpicks - 10 pcs.

Cooking method:

We choose carrots that are approximately 2 cm in diameter. Wash, peel and cut them into 5 mm rings.


Then we cut a large olive lengthwise to the middle so that it can open and fill the entire space with cream cheese. Using a napkin we remove the olives and remaining cheese from the outside. This part will be the penguin's body.



And from the smaller piece we separate about a quarter and place it in a small olive, which will be the head of the penguin.


Now we begin to assemble the canapés and to do this we need to pierce the penguin’s head with a skewer or toothpick, then the body.


And the final detail is to pierce the carrots.


We do the same with the rest of the preparations and put out a small group of them for serving.


This is such an interesting and original snack we succeeded.

And in order for the penguins to become a little brighter and sparkle, I suggest lubricating them with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Hot sandwiches with sausage


Ingredients:

  • Sliced ​​loaf - 5 pieces
  • boiled sausage – 200 gr
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup
  • salt and herbs - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. To prepare this dish we need to chop the sausage and tomatoes into small cubes.

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (reserve half for sprinkling on top of the sandwiches).

3. Transfer the chopped and grated ingredients into a deep bowl, add mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press. Then mix everything thoroughly.


4. Take a slice of loaf, spread a thin layer of ketchup, and put the filling we prepared on top.


Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, but 2 minutes before completion you need to sprinkle the other half of the grated cheese on top.


Remove the prepared appetizer from the oven, leave for 5 minutes to cool, and then serve.
